HELP!
I've asked my boss for a meeting and he's unexpectedly arranged a meeting for after lunch! Soon!...I need to know how to approach him as a Leo. I am an Aquarius employee. Looking to discuss impending raise that's been put on hold for everybody..Want the pay retroactively. Plus I'm looking to do a "salary split" A paycheque to me and a paycheque to my freelance company. He likes me. I've been with the company from the start, Very loyal. He sees me as a "funny kid" though. So. I need to be serious, but not put him off or do a complete about face and go in there not as myself. It's a small company. This company is his baby. Well, I wouldn't approach him as a Leo yourself...I mean, I know you aren't, but I just wanted to make that clear....let him talk, emphasis what YOU can do for HIM (if the company is his baby, you must show him you respect IT, and HIM) and if you are an Aqua, and he likes you already, he probably expects you to be a bit "odd."Just be honest, and sincere. Don't overflatter him, but make him realize that you see him as "in charge." It will be fine. MK IP: Logged |

Thanks for the great advice! I still haven't had the meeting - bumped until tomorrow it looks like. I wanted to wait until Wednesday - a more astrologically favourable day! I may get my way!  IP: Logged |
