Ok,

So I guess there's all these correspondence schools out there, and they seem to be a lot more credible than your local, community college astrology course... but is there any serious, acredited university for astrologers (or would-be astrologers) out there? If so, can somebody please tell me what it is, and, if not, then, why the heck not? S'up with that?

Peace Steve,

Yeah I've wondered about universities for specialised subjects - especially cosmic, and spiritual related matters. I found this in a Google search which lists astrologers. I have no idea how credible it is, but perhaps a search can start somewhere like this?

Maybe by contacting them you can ask of their places of study? It says of one;

quote:
She is a disciple of Goswami Kriyananda at the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago and was ordained Swami K. Adinadananda in 1979
Intriguing huh?! Well good luck with your search

I've heard of this college before. It's a serious college, fully accredited, you actually get an AA or BA degree, etc.

Thank you both.
Eleanor, this looks promising.

Just a side note:
Also, I just discovered Dane Rudhyar a couple of nights ago, and I think I've finally found an authority on astrology whom I may be able to trust. Sweet!!

HSC, I think there is one in London that has a good reputation. Liz Greene lectures there I believe... London School of Astrology maybe?
