I don't know if you've seen the show "Starting Over", but thats how I first heard about it. It seems to have been really beneficial for the women on the show. They are given small assignments little by little aimed at tackling their fears until they overcome them. Also the coaches sit down with them and pick apart their feelings tying to get to the roots. It seems very similar to a phsychologist, only the life coaches are more involved, personalized and assign more hands on activities. I think it would be neat to be on that show. IP: Logged |

never heard of that show.. i'm not a daytime tv watcher..but i did indeed find lots of resources and the coaching association.. if anyone has personal experience in this, i'm still interested in hearing your impressions. IP: Logged |
