Hi guys

I am going for an interview tomorrow. How can I impress them so that they will think " He is the one we want!" Any hints and tips?

I have been unemployed for so long, I need this job!

Aw Yang!! Goodluck!!

Heres some good stuff I found on the Net:

10 Steps to a Successful Interview

* Arrive on time.
* Introduce yourself in a courteous manner.
* Read company materials while you wait.
* Have a firm handshake.
* Listen.
* Use body language to show interest.
* Smile, nod, give nonverbal feedback to the interviewer.
* Ask about the next step in the process.
* Thank the interviewer.
* Write a thank-you letter to anyone you have spoken to.

And theres some great stuff on this page too, about intw's fave questions and tips on how to anser them: http://www.jobweb.com/Resources/Library/Interviews/Interviewers_92_01.htm

Lots of luck!

SunScorpion gives good practical suggestions.

BUT most people knows that.
Ever wonder why some people always seem to succeed when you don't ?

Here are two neurological and psychic MUSTS for those who seek Mastership of their life. ...

1. Play-act the interview BEFORE you go !
Even if only in your own mind.
Visualise the people smaller and less important than you, anticipate and answer every question you can imagine hem asking you.

2. AFTER the interview recall the event in your mind and cross your fingers while doing it.
This is NOT A JOKE ! Or an old wives tale.
(Where do you think these things come from??)

Crossing the fingers short circuits the energy from the radial nerves and projects a psychic energy to the object in your mind !!
Try it with a friend , it causes them to think about you.

Best wishes.

Just discovered You already got the job.
But in the type of job you got, you will now be interviewing and the process works both ways, so those tips will be of great importance to continued success.

And hopefully others about to take the same step will be attracted by this Topic subject.
.. the name was was well chosen..
You are obviously well suited to the job you got.

Good stuff!

"There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll
