Muscles grow when there is an awareness in the Brain that the demand for moving heavier resistance has been registered. Smart bodybuilders use this fact to steadily increase the weights and increase the rest period between workouts to boost muscle growth.

Self Esteem can be built similarly. The Energy of Self Esteem is stored in the Aura and permeates the relevant cells in the physical body. Dignity, poise, calmness and certainty in action are the positive emotions of Self Esteem.

How do we induce the growth of Self Esteem energy? What are the "weights" to use?

The weight is "Success".
The Energy of success is unbiased. To the Universe, a child who manages to make a paper rocket and feels happy about it is just as successful as a tycoon who has clinched a billion dollar deal. Self Esteem builds up in both of them the moment they are AWARE of their success in their act.

Now, how will we "exercise" using success?

Get a piece of paper and a pen right now. No delays. Flash back to the time you felt you did something which made you feel successful in the slightest possible way. A good painting? Paper rockets? Stitching? Making your own game? Winning a board game? Answering a riddle correctly? Telling a joke that made friends laugh? Great grades in any subject?
Write down and relive those successful moments in your mind, reminding yourself that you are a successful person no matter what others think because you have done x,y,z all the acts written down.

Inducing enhanced Self Esteem growth:
Define an achievement which will make you feel as successful and more than the past achievements. Let it not be too difficult, something just slightly greater than the previous best success.
Know that even attempting to reach this is a success. Once you attain, feel the Self Esteem in you. It will manifest as more poise, less stress, confident walk/speech/posture, increased perceptiveness and so on.

Now, raise the bar to slightly higher target. And keep repeating this loop of success to feed the Self Esteem and attract more of what YOU THINK is success in life.

"There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll
