What compatiblity should be looked for when choosing business partners? Person A(in RED) will be providing the money, Person B (BLUE) would be doing the leg work to get the business off the ground including hiring/firing of employees, making sure payroll is done, etc. Business will be in Person A's name. Person B will be a salaried employee initially with stake in business offered later if perfomance is satisfactory. Person A will retain current job while Person B(FEMALE) is expected to end current career in order to begin joint venture. Primary concern is that Person A may abandon business venture before it pans out if satisfactory results are not seen. Person A(MALE) has history of becoming emotionally attached to certain females regardless of nature of relationship and then abanding the relationship without warning. I am wondering if this shows in his chart? I think the venture will be successful but pattern of attachment/abandonment is a red flag that i hope will not cross over to business relationships.IP: Logged |
