It seems that I always hit a wall, and can't seem to move foward in life. I can't get a job/career, move out, get myself together.IP: Logged |

Even when you are hitting the wall you are moving on with life. life doesn't stop because you are holding your breath. pick yourself up, brush ypurself off, breathe and start all over again- Your complaint sounds familiar to many things in my life and that has made me laugh. Over the years i noticed i was a bit stubborn and hard headed. i noticed one catches more bees with honey than vinegar. I have begun to notice I often assumed people I was with or was having conversation with were on my same level-"brain-wave". So, now i try to never assume anything. There is a short easy reading book by a Ruiz called The Four Agreements. I have learned by running into closed doors, boards, whatever that the "four agreements" have helped me learn a better perspective to where mostly there are not even doors! I'm going to write the ones i remember but the words should be read in the book- ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST your best will vary NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING DON'T TAKE ANYTHING PERSONALLY its not about you-(most people are blinded by the voices in their heads! exclaims Tuxi. BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORD (or shut up tux says) Be grateful and give thanks for all things, easy for what tickles my fancy! Not as easy for things that scratch my $%^ but good discipline, do you agree? And remember, "If it doesn't kill ya it meks you stronger." "What scars you you have earned" "That which you have experienced no power on earth can take from you." So, bye now-maybe wear a nose guard and helmet..Love, tuxedo meowIP: Logged |

------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll IP: Logged |

Hi Junity, sorry you are having such a hard time. I feel that without even knowing you are doing it, you are building negative energy, on top of negative energy, that is why everything is going wrong. Try to hold positive thought on your job/career, getting your own place, getting yourself togeather. I know that it is easier said then done, but start out small, and you will see a difference, this I promise you.If you are always expecting to hit a wall, you will always hit a wall, the universe will always give what you ask, its universal law, so if you change your thoughts to positive ones, you will change your life in positive ways, and always be grateful for what you have, that is most important. I think that your right Ribbin. I've noticed that before I was overly positive. So everything always worked out whether I did the right things or not. Good luck practically fell into my lap. I'm trying to be positive and I know the first step is to take control of my negativity and mind and to move out of the hostile environment I live in.IP: Logged |

Junity, I read a saying that I'll always remembered.Your thoughts, feelings, and deeds are the threads of the net which you throw around yourself. Now read what you wrote again, and there's your answer. "It seems that I always hit a wall, and can't seem to move foward in life. I can't get a job/career, move out, get myself together."

I've felt like that a lot. You're not alone, I think a lot of people feel that way. IP: Logged | |
