When you become familiar with the Law of Attraction you will understand that a large part of manifesting your desires and goals in life is to have an attitude of gratitude. When you are truly grateful and give heartfelt thanks for everything you already have in your life you will attract more things to be grateful for.This Daily Gratitude Journal will supercharge the manifestation of your desires into reality. To have an attitude of gratitude is like pressing the fast forward button to your desires! Each day use two pages, the first being where you give thanks for the day you have just experienced, the second for the following day you want to experience including the things you want to attract that day. The key here is to make sure you keep everything you writer in the present tense, even the points you want to attract during the following day. Start each sentence with - I am so happy and grateful now that or I am so thankful that . . . As you will write your first day about what you have just experienced in present tense, also write the second page the same way as if it has already happened. I would recommend starting with smaller things that you would like to see happen the following day, this way as you see things start to appear in your life “as if by magic” your belief system will strengthen and you will be able to build on your conscious creation and manifestation of the ideal things you desire in life. Another great benefit in completing your gratitude journal is that YOU REGULARLY PUT YOURSELF IN A GOOD FEELING PLACE! When you are in a good feeling place, more things to feel good about will show up in your life! WIN-WIN SITUATION! On a final note, when you use this method, you will also need to stay open and ready to receive, continuing your days in a state of positivity and gratitude, knowing all is well and you are right where you should be in life, even if it doesn’t seem that way in the beginning. As the magic as the Universal Power of the Law of Attraction unfolds, you will be amazed at what shows up in your life!

I wrote ; I put myself in the vibration of genuine selfless love, energy and understanding yesterday in my gratitude journal.I had a 1 hour conversation with a girlfriend in which we connected for the first time on an emotional and spiritual topic, we also shared some secrets Later I spoke with my dad and he went on and on about how young and beautiful I look (dad NEVER told me this the little time he was with me in my life) and then we talked about everything from too much mercury in fish to Charlie Sheen. Lastly something happened with my guy, but too shy to say  So all in all, I think my wish was granted! LEXX, I think Treasure Mapping and Gratitude Journal are one and the same, no? IP: Logged |

Its hard to keep up at first. Also your goals for what you want to attract may change so that its easier to keep it up. That is how it happened for me. Simpler things are normally easier to manage like that. If you are wanting complicated things that take massive amounts of effort to keep going inside you, You are going to wear yourself out quickly. *However* If that is your nature, then you have no choice but to push full steam ahead and damn the torpedos.
