I remember in the third grade, my teacher would give the class punishments by writing a particular statement (I will behave in class, etc) like 200-300 times (Evil teachers of the late eighties)! It occured to me that perhaps writing these sentences may have been effective, not only because children can't stand it, but because it was a form of subliminal training. Could this work for us as a form of subliminal reconditioning? IP: Logged |

Evil teachers have been around like forever! LOL! Yes, that it is, a form of subliminal reconditioning or brainwashing some might say. It can be used in positive ways too; like self hypnosis. Also for affirmations, manifesting (whatever, change, things, circumstances) and so forth. IP: Logged |

Speaking of kangaroos, a lot of people are unaware of this, but several mammals in Australia have pouches. Yes indeed! I think it is some 230 species there. Oh and cats, giraffes and camels all walk the same, left right left right, on each side, back and front, not alternating. http://catssneeze.blogspot.com/2009/03/what-cats-camels-and-giraffes-have-in.html As for pouches, the American Opossum has a pouch too. Yes, it is strange that species with no pouch have one in Australia, but even more strange is that we have a marsupial possum here in the states. I think teachers were mainly just trying to give repetitive work as punishment moreso than subconscious programing, but both would apply. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you."
