Hi!
I am going through a difficult times but I am managing it to the best of my abilities. even though some days I am in despair, for the most part I am ok 
I recently experienced something which I 've never experienced.Basically, I was talking to my Mom about The father of my baby, and I asked her "what is it, why he is doing what he is doing"
and all of the sudden, I replied to this question MYSELF and I felt a very warm feeling inside of my chest which accompanied with the feeling that something shifted.
However when I realized what I just said aloud I was disgusted and repelled. I had this warm feeling in my chest for about 10 sec after that. What was it? Chakra opening? Why when I answered to my question and said it aloud I had this warm feeling?
It is possible ? or it is just figment of my imagination?
