Vansio, you labelled it specifically only to folks with "Pisces" MC.

Aquarius MC's might have Pisces in "H10" for them.

If the topic theme is broader, then folks will feel an 'inclusion', and be more apt to respond and participate.

Cast a wider net, and you'll "catch more fish?"
