Nahtan said Linda that she would rise above her horoscope, that events would take place in her life, which even astrology cannot penetrate.Anyway, anybody knew her chart? She was born on April 9, but what was the (forgive me Linda) year? ------------------ You are endless galaxies, you have seen but one star - Linda Goodman, Sun Signs IP: Logged |

There are two schools of thought on this. The first one is that Linda intentionally gave misinformation about her birth details so that we could sleuth the information out. The other says that we should honor Linda's wishes to have that information not revealed. I have recently been converted to the second school. But her birth details are available to those willing to seek them out. ------------------ "Man is the only animal that blushes...or needs to." Mark Twain IP: Logged |

I was wondering whether her chart had any clues to her disappearance.------------------ You are endless galaxies, you have seen but one star - Linda Goodman, Sun Signs IP: Logged |

I think it is everyone's mission to *rise above* there star chart - if it is indeed a measure of our current *life goals*, and not so much a record of what we have already been through, or accomplished thru past incarnations ... What if our charts are really more of a *biography* than a proposed future? ~Princess IP: Logged |

I can understand Ms. Goodman's mission in keeping her birth/death data a mystery to others and, I think, the message behind it......because none of it truly matters past *free will* ~ as it's free will that we live and make choices by, and free *thinking* we write our futures with, not our star charts ~Princess IP: Logged |

I think the quote you found by Cayce pretty much sums it up, Princess. ------------------ "Man is the only animal that blushes...or needs to." Mark Twain IP: Logged |

It's OK Randall lol ... It's not that important I can't imagine anyone not agreeing with anything that came from a Cayce reading anyway ~ but it does confirm, again, to me just how brilliantly intelligent and enLightened you are ! ~Princess ------------------ ~We can try many ways to get rid of the darkness, but none is as effective as simply increasing the light.~ UnkNown IP: Logged |

Here's the post Randall's referring to:------------ And speaking Of Edgar Cayce, here is what he had to say about the subject of this thread: Q. Is it proper to study the effects of the planets upon our lives, in order to understand our tendencies and inclinations better, as they are influenced by the planets? A. When studied right (it is) very, very, very much worth while. Then how studied aright? By studying the influence (of the planets) in the light of knowledge already obtained by mortal man. Give out more of that knowledge - giving the understanding that the will must ever be the guidng factor to lead man on, ever upward. Not that there are not definite helps to be found in astrology; but those who live by it are more often conrolled than controlling. Astrology is a fact, in most instances, but astrological aspects are only *signs and symbols*. No influence is of greater value or help than the will of an individual. Use such directions (from the planets) as stepping stones and do not let them become stumbling stones in thy experience." A special thanks to ChronicPrincess for finding it. ------------ Love, Greg IP: Logged |
