I always wanted to ask this question. What did Love Signs mean to you. How you felt about it?As for mys-elf, it was the starting point of a sea-change in mys-elf. Often I am reminded of the number 13(its vibration, ie) when thinking of it. I don't know whether it coincided within a Saturn cycle. Probably, it did. ------------------ You are endless galaxies, you have seen but one star - Linda Goodman, Sun Signs IP: Logged |

I haven't had my Love Signs long, but when I began to read it I felt like I had just been given this big soft warm blanket of a valuable knowledge written in a most Lovely way I think everyone should keep a copy of Love Signs ... right next to their copy of Star Signs and Gooberz ~Princess ------------------ "I think the Goddess lives in our humanity, and not anywhere else." ~Merlin's last words - to Viviann ~ . + * + . * . DITTO....Princess. LOVE SIGNS showed me new ways to connect with people (not just lovers), and to see why I do certain things and how to change them. ------------------

I loved Love Signs Raj. At first I just read the Aries chapters, but then I was intrigued and wound up reading the whole book. I think everyone should read the whole book, not only about their signs, since the book was written so beautifully and each section is like reading a little story. One of my favorite books, probably my favorite Linda book next to Gooberz IP: Logged |

Love Signs is Brilliant! It helped me to be tolerant of all signs because after reading the book, I understood them much better. Their motivations, etc. It's like "astrology psychology" AdwenIP: Logged |

Definitely Astrology Psychology! I love my Love Signs book. It was a hand-me-down from a friend (along with all of her other astrology books) and my first Linda Goodman book. I still use it quite often as a quick reference for friends who have recently 'hooked up'. That book gives great general descriptions and I love the humor in it. Love Signs was my first step into exploring astrology. IP: Logged |

Linda Goodman's Love Signs was the first Linda Goodman book I ever read. I was immediately drawn to it. I have read every chapter at least once and have had it since 1994. It totally blew my mind and made me feel sincerely loved. Linda Goodman has a deep compassion for everyOne and everything. I often read her books when I need to be cheered up and someOne else is already on the Internet. IP: Logged |

Ditto what gooberlily, adwen, Spiritua and Princess said!I fell in love with Linda after reading Love Signs. I loved the way she something nice to say about each sign, and was completely non-judgemental. I also loved her for her faith that Love can conquer all. ( A few months after reading Love Signs, I was having a formal spiritual initiation. I was asked to choose two spiritual guides ~ anyone I wanted. I loved Linda's compassion so much, that I chose her as one of my teachers ) ------------------ Love and Light. IP: Logged |

Love Signs is my faverite book ever. I have read the hole entire book and I love every bit of it. I never get bored of reading it. I have learned so much about others, but specially about myself, which is the most important thing, because I can never change another person, but I have the power to change the negative things in my life. I feel like I know Linda and reading her books makes me feel close to her. IP: Logged |

Her information about the Scorpio Cancerian relationship fits my beloved and I very well! I have worn out copies of her Love Signs and also her Sun Signs! Star Signs was however a big disappointment not even in my opinion up to par with the other two in the least.------------------ "Heaven doesn't want me and Hell is afraid I'll take over and start a rehab for the damned!" ~Judgement Must Be Balanced With Compassion~ ~Do Not Seek Wealth From The Suffering, Or The Dire Needs Of Others~ ~Assumption Is The Bane Of Understanding~ ~ if you keep doing what you did, you'll keep getting what you got.~ }><}}}(*> <*){{{><{ ~~~ ~~ ~~~~ ~~~ ~~ ~~~~~ ~~~ ~~~~ ~~~ IP: Logged |

I feel that each book she wrote only got better with time adn if she had completed the others..it would have just taken us higher...to brighter stars.Everyone has their opinion of what was the best..its obvious that they all go together as a puzzle to complete something grand, as she talks about upcoming books in the other ones...there was a reason for this...if only to explain it more at a later time. I personally dont know what I would do with out Star Signs..right Noreenz? LOL IP: Logged |

I love them all... a great treasure, indeed~ her writing is also brilliant; very insightful and authentic.I never believed in true Astrology until I read her book Sun Signs--I was blown away. I also think that Gooberz was a book to read behind the lines in order to capture its true meaning... so many analogies and metaphors! Silver..to this day, well i think still, I get dizzy when I ready certain passages of Gooberz, I know there is true hidden things within it.I've come to the personal conclusion that She added a lot of rosocrucian in her work...I mean I bought the oldest books from them that i could find...as close to 1st editions as i could find..since some of these were written in the mid 30's I wanted to see if they had changed much. They Didn't Reading SIMPLIFIED SCIENCTIFIC ASTROLOGY, the things she talked about are all over there. page 12 of the hard cover goes into two paragraphs that were Linda totally, about the charging of students in learning. Talking to Michael once, when we talked about that paragraph in Star Signs where she said this rule, he said that royalty would have his mother do their charts and would offer large sums of money and she never accepted it...never! Thats amazing will power and to me, it shows her drive and commitment to the art. This is why her books are so important, surely hiding secrets within their pages for the enlightened to find and not the greedy. It just makes so much sense...to me. someone sent me a discussion where someone said that in Linda's last days that perhaps she knew that she was wrong about things that she wrote, I think if she felt wrong about anything it would have been that not as many as she has hoped would have figured out the truth. But I would have to believe that after 8 books and one written after her passing, i would think she completed what she was meant to complete. I wrote a while ago about the book Success through a positive mental Attitude by napoleon Hill and Clement stone or think and grow rich by Napoleon Hill...which I cannot remember, but I was quoting in that blog about if Linda had read those books because they were so similar to her attitude. Well I was at the Library a month or so ago..for 10 cents i bought a brand new copy of How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie the last one was written in 1936,the other two in the 1960s. these three men were influentual to the way the world has changed...still to this day! one of the books has a forward from Og Mandino...another brilliant person. But the one thing these books have in common besides secrets to being successful and a better person is this: THEY ALL TELL YOU TO READ THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN. They talk about reading the chapters twice, reading the book every month...on and on and on..sinking it into your heart and opening up doors you might have never thought existed. This is the Key to Linda's books also. Sure, there are other books to read and learn from...but those that really affect you..you should read again and again...until you get it completely, until that third eye opens, until your heart overflows with fluid and you float above...this is the way. I don't recall linda telling us to read each chapter twice and read the book each month..perhaps its because she knew most of us would. We have forgotten how to absorb and how to remember. I don't know if it was because of 1928, that depresson..but somehow, something changed the way we thougth...or how they thought...they were awakened and people of that age, those who taught...they taught with a new admiration for human kind, still it was lost again..sometime in the 50's to 60's. And then: This wonderful lady bent on learning astrology herself...bent on finding the answers, she slaved all night long writing a book that opened up peoples hearts in the late 60's and History is made...she has sold more books on these arts than anyone...STILL DO People STILL ask who she is...lol? they do dont they...how is this so that a woman writes the best books on astrology...in plain layman language for anyone to figure out and teach themselves..(just as the ros. wanted you to learn) how is it that people still dont know who she is, or people come here saying.."I didn't know that Linda goodman passed on.." I bet there is still mail floating around from people who read her book and sent letters to the publisher...I know there is! so think about it..why is this...all those books sold...milions and only "the few" really see? There is a simple answer...can you see it? no matter what anyone says...Astrology would not be what it is with out Linda Goodman....thats a fact that no one can argue! Like China and Karate...IT never would have been known in its time if not for Bruce lee and his wanting us to know about them...people like this....they are true Shining stars..brighter than the sun! this is a great thread. these days this website seems more anti-Linda Goodman than in her honor. it's so very reassurring to find a place her where her name and work are still honored and respected, mostly. IP: Logged |

I LOVE lovesigns!! It's so accurate and FUNNY=D allot of astrology is really boring to read... But somehow linda's works aren't. I enjoy reading her books, she leaves me smiling while I read.=) When I read the aquarius chapters, her words just hit me. They explain so well how I act with other people! I've read most of the book, and I really feel at home in the chapters about the signs I'm heavily influenced by; aqua, cancer and cappy I've only read starsigns and lovesigns, but out of the two of them I've got to say I think lovesigns is my favourite!! I LOVE IT IP: Logged |
