It's a journey, not a destination, which begins with declaring oneself as such. So Linda was writing these big books and dealing with all of her other stuff AND writing long "Star Notes"?! I have noticed that often successful people do NOT know how to turn it off and take necessary time for themselves! They are too hard on themselves, and rarely do those around them support the taking of time for themselves, anyway. The culture is just CRAZY for activity, too! Often addictions and illnesses come from this, I think. It's the deeper part of a person crying for a break! I have read about celebrities and have noticed this correlation before. (The way I cope with this as an entertainer is, when I am busiest with work, I do NOTHING else! I make sure to sleep and leave the socializing, etc., for another time; as work goes in cycles. And everyone I know knows this and leaves me alone during these times. My mom was more "European" and therefore into the concept of rest and balance. And I learned it from one of my healers.) I just was astonished by the 14 page Star Note!!!
