I was reading the 1995 people's magazine article that i think mele posted which got me thinking...Is there any, actual proof that Linda was right and that Sally wasn't dead as everyone else supposed? What possible motive could someone have had to kidnap the kid? Reading the story it seems more likely to me that Linda was a woman who could not come to terms with anybody's death and final dissapearance and that she tried until the very last moment tohold on to the thought that this wasn't so. So aside from Linda's own conviction is there any actual proof or hypothetical evidence to suggest that she was right? Curious... Skye IP: Logged |

Didn't Linda say that Sally disappeared or something in her Love Signs? I'll have to read it again. I haven't read it in a while I kind of believe that she was kidnapped,. Linda was really famous and that is reason itself for some psychotic person to kidnap Sally; maybe the person strongly disagreed with Linda's beliefs or something. They still haven't found her though and investigators should have gotten at least a clue about her disappearance. Wouldn't that be very helpful in locating Sally? It's been a long time and they should have found her by now. Unless she just disappeared for god knows what reason. Sorry, please don't mind my rambling. I just thought to put in my own confusing thoughts about this topic since I felt upset when I found out Linda's daughter was missing when I read Love Signs.IP: Logged |

Linda was planning on writing a book called "The Spider Line." It would have provided very damning evidence that the CIA was behind Sally's disappearance. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Sally didn't just disappear. A body was found and identified as Sally, by Linda's husband. Linda still didn't believe it was her, however. But she had reason to believe he was mistaken, which was going to come out in the book "The Spider Line."Nature Spirit IP: Logged |

Yes, Linda had pretty "damning" evidence that the body was not Sally's. It is a mystery that still haunts many people. But rest assured... Linda watches out for her oldest daughter in one form or another. LMB IP: Logged |
