Past Life Regressions? Yup, I tried it, with an experienced guide. Though I think it's certainly something you can do on your own, during a quiet meditation. Now, I don't believe that time is linear, but I do believe we can tap into aspects of ourselves that might be important to us for current understanding. I enjoyed my session very much. The first life I saw was in medieval times, or perhaps even earlier. A time of castles and kings. I was a daughter of wealth and privilege, young and blonde, promised in marriage to a much older ogre of a man. I was unhappy in his castle, but my life was not my own. Occassionaly I found ways to sneak into the town/village, where I could peak at the boy I loved, but whom I could not be with. I would see him through a window, writing by candlelight. I don't know what he was writing, but he believed he could change the world with his words. It was fascinating for me. I hope I find that boy in this life, and we can be together. I don't think you have anything to fear if you do a regression. Be sure to protect yourself with lots of golden and white light, or find an experienced guide whom you trust. Best of Luck to you. vinita, I would suggest you read some material about meditation, either books or on the web. I'm not sure what to recommend, maybe if juniperb peeks in here she'll have a suggestion. She's very well-read when it comes to metaphysics.Anytime you begin a meditation, visualize enveloping yourself in white and golden light for protection, and ask for the same from whatever God/dess or Higher Self you believe in. See it in your mind, pouring over around and through you. Relax. Ask to meet your Guide(s). Ask to be directed to a past life that has relevance to this one. I believe you can also buy tapes that guide you through the process. Hope this helps! IP: Logged |

Hi ! I tried past life regression on my own. And one of them was very similar to Trillian's. I was in the times of kings and castles and loved a boy that I wasn't supposed to be with. But i remember being on black horses with him running away. That's all I remember. I don't remember what happens after that. IP: Logged |
