For a mere $825,000.00 the last dollar inn could be yours. While searching the last dollar inn out of curiousity, I stumbled upon this link - http://www.innsofcolorado.org/inns-for-sale.htm Wouldn't it be wonderful to own? If only I had $825,000.

Wouldn't that be wonderful, for all of the KNowflakes to run it. However we wouldn't want to have a cult-like mentality as accused in a prior topic. I hope someone who loves linda will buy it.

It is a unilateral agreement that allows me to buy, sell, or assign to another party. Is it listed with a real estate agent?

I couldn't find any other sites about it but on that one it appears that it is listed through a real estate agent.
