I've read quite a few queries here as to why didn't linda take own advice when it came to the whole immortality issue.
I think that is so harsh.
Everyday researchers are discovering that there is more to our health then just the whole food issue. Holding onto old hurts is probably the worse possible thing for a persons health, bitterness is the number 1 cause of cancer. Stressing over things we can't control is the number 1 cause of heart diseases.
Did you really think with all the hurts linda has went through in her lifetime, that she would live forever.
She experienced so much death and heartache in her life. Have a bit of compassion.
Sometimes we forget that she was also just a human being like you and me, but the fact that she believed we could be so much more,gods and goddesses, is what made her so special.

I do belive immortality is definitely possible "bring heaven to earth" but until we are able to let go of hurts and stop hurting eachother there can be no peace on earth.
Do you really even think that linda wanted to live forever when most of her loved ones had passed on.Imagine living forever with those painful memories. (not to mention what rob did to her).
I just think a lot of people have misunderstood her teachings.

Until the pain stops all of our souls will grow weary, maybe death is just a time for the soul to regenerate, to remember some kind of happiness again.

Without you we would not all be here at this website healing eachother, giving eachother strength when our own seems to grow weak, learning from eachother.
We know how important healing was to you and your words have healed us.

so goobers for linda's sake stop hurting eachother and stop criticising the teacher rather then listening to the teachings.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, goobertally. All those who express here have a right to do so, even those with opinions who might differ from our own. Sorrow is an emotion with as much validity as any other, and each of us will experience it in our lives to varying degrees. I think our ability to experience all emotions, not only the happy ones, is part of the Yin and Yang of life, and if one desires to achieve immortality, it is not through the purging of emotions. But of course I could be wrong. I have no desire to achieve earth-bound human immortality, as it seems to be represented here.
