Could it have been a new book? Just thinking of the ideas that would have been in that book....or reports...or whatever!!

I also have to speak out, that in that fax she talks about the tapes seh would make of her reading from Gooberz, the poetry books, and the basic sun sign characteristics for you.

I bring this up from reading on the other site about the "UNCOPYWRITED" tape that was found in the Desk bought from lindas place. I guess its copywrited since she talks about it.

I found it interesting that Linda talks about telling this fan (US) they had a opportunity to obtain this report "before the infomercial was shown on television and the advertising is in the magazines"

also she stated "her Advisors" are setting up the Linda Goodman Club, which by buying the Compatability report, you got free access to the club, and arrangements were being made to buy Gooberz directly from the publisher.

What was going on?
who were these advisors?

The Fax said "later on, the club will be offering club members other products that I feel are quality products and are fully endorsed by me.

I thought of Star Signs and the things she endorsed there, that was fair, but I was troubled about charging for the report, but during the writing of this reply, I heard her say "Kelly, this is my writings, I am not charging the student, but charging for a service." well someone on here told me that before I just heard it, but I still heard her say it too!!!

I was disapointed at first when I read about a fee being charged, but she was'nt teaching anyone something, but telling them something.

SO the saying of not charging the student does'nt apply here right? RIght? because shes not teaching someone right? I am still confused but wondering about it.

Though this Fax was written two years before her passing, I still have to keep in mind that this was a letter written by JIM and then later sent to Linda for approval.

Maybe she did'nt ever approve it, but later it was brought up again and Lindagoodman.com was formed and the rise and fall of Rome began...the destruction of that site.

Notice the last page talks about making the letter a certain color, Linda's Pink Stationery...basically Jim is telling Peter to put it on that Stationery. So did she know about this yet, the fax was being sent to her by Jim.

I hope to find out the whole circumstance in the near future.

At the top it says to Linda Goodman from Jim Mclinn, and jim was mentioned in her books, either in a intro of thank you or somewhere, I read it. and I called the number for Roger Nittler & Co and they told me Jim retired 8 years ago. So we know it did come from that place, which is like a accountant office, probably those who helped her with her monetary funds.

Whether she wrote it, or he wrote it and waited for her approval, the point is SHE WAS STILL WITH US! what did she say about it? this is what I want to know.

I want to know were things getting that bad or was she planning something so amazing that it would seal the creation of LOVE forever.

This reads like something written on her behalf, by these mysterious advisors to which she refers.

I have another fax also, this was, well it looks to me that Important things went through Jim, there seems to be much mail to linda via post office, but important things have seemed to be sent to him.

for example the second email was sent from Norway from a woman, its a basic paragraph or two abou tsomeones birth info, Probably a combatibiity report. The letter or fax was sent to Jim and he sent it to Linda. So, Maybe he was her "number one"? The gent I talked to in Colorado did they they were close.

I just want to know what was the outcome of this letter, proposal, ect.

example, I have a letter from a gent that wrote linda n 1988, he read Gooberz Or Star Signs, I think the latter. He stated to her, "I just completed reading your latest book which i found quite intriging!" This guy was a computer geek, he wanted to Co-develop th RAHTAM program she talked about in the book.

Of course I always rework research to find out if the letter or such are legit, though the person I recieved it from had no reason to EVER make things up...I did find him, he wasn't looking for anyone whatsoever...it was definately fate, but I will write that for YANG after this post.

Now I found this guy that wrote Linda the letter, he was very surprised to hear from me, since that letter was written about like 18 years ago. And then he asked the most fascinating question, he asked, "How is she?" of course I had to tell him, she passed on in 95 for he did not know.

We talked and I was suppose to send him a copy of his letter to her and then have a mini interview with him over what she said to him as they talked a couple of times and Met.

On the back of the letter is a list she wrote out. It starts out:
DROID (which was the name of the company this guy worked at.
LOVE SIGNS
OMEGA
3 LECTURES
HOUR MAG.
PROMO LAW
PROPOSAL
GOOBERZ
LECTURES
PHIL

So to me, this shows she was thinking about these and other things, a schedule of things to do.

This is why I ask, what was the outcome of the letter about MYSTERIES OF LOVE? There is a answer.

I look at things this way, if someone knows of this and maybe they thought, "I need not say a thing because Linda is not here and that was that, it never happened, nor will, why bring it up?"

I say, its FOUND and released and if it wasnt supppose to be, it wouldn't have come out. These things were sitting untouched for the longest time, and all of a sudden they show themselves.

What a long story...but you know me,typing errors and all. My biggest problem is as a past student in college, a professor told me, "when writing just write, screw the errors until your sending the final draft" Well I take that into account...only I never fix errors, so if you can bear with them while I write this long story (well you bear with them everytime you read my things, LOL) I will tell you about this magical venture.

Last year during a depressing moment of mine, I was awakened with the most wonderful answer. I wasn't depressed in a dying way, I was just feeling the mood and I didn't know what it was, it was just messing with me deep. I thought it was my unhappy relationship which was no relationship at all. sleeping on someones couch, just to be close to your daughter, well it just wasnt working out for me.

I had been thinking of Linda, since she just uplifted a person. I was also corresponding with someone that talked to her some time ago.

This led (mysteriously unknown) to a drive to find out more about Robert Brewer. I did a Extensive Search on here for what ever topics related to him, Linda, their relationship and so forth. I figured someone on here had to know something about those two and what was then.

I read about Roberts book and the rumours that it was added to Linda's book contract as a condition in its publishing. The book came out in December 1992, so I dont know but I went on that hunch and made arrangements to buy the book.

I thought if anything, there would be something in it, a hint to Linda, something hinting at affection for a lover, friend, peer.

At the time I bought all my books from ABEBOOKS.COM and this is where I started my search.

Upon putting in ROBERT BREWER in the search box, I got this weird feeling of righteousness. When the page opened I began to look. I love Abebooks because their booksellers will tell you EXACTLY what condition the book is in, down to the littles scratch or scuff on page 99!

As I read through the different seller list, looking for a book that he signed to Linda or someone close, I came upon the most startling sentence I have seen in a long time: "FROM THE BOOK COLLECTION OF THE LATER ASTROLOGER LINDA GOODMAN"

From the book collection of Linda Goodman? What was this about? Well with my keen nose, I did a advance search, putting in the sentence from above and also remembering the person who was selling the book.

What I found was a gift from Linda, in my opinion. This book seller had in his possession all the books that Linda had kept in her library...so to speak.

Of course I was happy now and the depression was gone, I figured maybe it was she tapping me on the shoulder, screaming like Ringo, screaming Pauls name in the Beatle song "Hear my guitar weeps" (look up theory that Paul McCarthy died and was replaced by a "FAUL McCarthy in 1966 or so)

I really felt I was led to this collection.

Well after buying one book, a book owned by her, "The Book of Manu", I emailed the seller, we began to talk some about her books and his tale of how he came upon them.

Talk about NO COINCEDENCE.

This Man was a bookseller in colorado. One day he was walking down the street and notices a estate sale going on. He thought that maybe he might find something of interest, perhaps some old books he could buy.

he told me when he came into the room and looked around he saw books in boxes, after asking or looking at the reference sheet of what was being sold, he found out they belonged to LINDA.

Do you think there was anyone there that would have thought to buy those books? Do you think there was anyone there that might have thought, "Linda might have left things inside the pages, notes, secrets, phone numbers of important and personal people in her life, pictures and such?" Do you think anyone would have thought that?

Of course no one did, he bought the whole collection without a fuss.

It's interesting what a person can be interested in at a auction, books are priceless. Buying a used book and seeing inside the cover remarks of who it was given to by whom, or numerology numbers and such, can be a warm thing to share with oneself, I think.

We talked about the book, how he got them, he going through them, the confusion, the notes she wrote in some of them, the things she said. Fascinating things to read as a stranger, but still confusing if you hadn't read Linda's books.

Well we talked and somehow the subject of "things personal and business like that showed up in the books inventory" popped up.

basically I made a offer, he liked it and it was sold to me, which I have no problem sharing with you all as soon as I do some research into the things.

I hate to look foolish, so I try to call, contact, talk to as many people that I can about the things in the package I got from Kevin.

Every letter has a story...as long as it has a return address or full name! In this day of technology, you can find anyone...anyone!

Later when I get my Scanner up and going, I will put more up.

there are letters from fans, and self made cards from people that stayed with Linda too.

There was a card sent to her in April of 93, the language looks German, it was to SALLY...it's a poem someone wrote, Linda had it translated to ENglish so I will scan them both and put them up later on.

When I first got the letters and things, I did massive research on much of it. I needed that time to fill the sad gap in my life at that time, Linda's things started me up again and it was so fascinating to search for people and talk to them about her, BUT IT WORE ME DOWN!! took all my energy. I had to stop and do other things,gain back all that I gave in these searches...even writing all this is making me weak..I love it though...bringing the GOSPEL to you all

Then ....

In CRYSTALS PREFACE, page XIV (hardcover) she says ...

Thereafter, i was introduced to a friend of Linda's who was working on the software for what turned out to be her last work, The Sun Signs Profile.

She goes on to say how she was glad Jim was there to drive her back to her hotel after the long meeting with Linda.

Also mentioned is Linda's Manager, Jim McLin (only one N in McLin)

I also believe, from what Crystal wrote that Jim is the "friend of Linda's" that introduced Crystal to the "goddess of Astrology", Linda.

Are the Jim's one in the same?

And still, who is Peter?

Thor...

I worked with Linda in the very early 90's, long before there was a Crystal or anyone else. However, Jim McLin did work as an accountant for Linda at the Roger Nittler Co. and I did meet him a few times while I lived with Linda.

I have no knowledge of this "Mysteries of Love" project. When I was with her, we were discussing RAHRAM, the hand held astrobiology calculator that she refrenced in Star Signs and Gooberz I believe. I'm not so sure about the published version of Gooberz, because I have one of the original manuscripts of the book from when I worked with her.

So, sorry to be unhelpful. I'm sure that the "advisors" played a greater part in this Linda Goodman Club than Linda herself, but it would not have been discussed if she were not on board with the idea, at least at its very beginning.

Please always remember, that Linda was human... she was prone to all of the quirks and foibles that we all possess to one degree or another.

I'm sure she would tell you herself, not to mistake the MEDIUM for the MESSAGE. That is what is important. The Truth that is passed along, or inspired. The vehicle is simply that. You will understand what I mean, if you read what Linda wrote about the Christ, and his "divinity".

Sorry I cannot be of more help than that, but as I said, I was not there at the time this "club" was being discussed or presented to Linda.
