I didn't think Princess and VR were insulting you in any way. They were just having fun, and what is wrong with that?

I feel you felt bad because you take yourself very seriously. I was also like you, as a child. While playing, used to beat up my younger brother if he didn't play 'seriously'. Imagine that ~ "play seriously"!!! Is it reasonable to expect?

We are here all laughing and sharing and spreading joy. If we were 'serious', this site will not have the energy it has. You may not even like being here, then.

It is when we are joyous that we are the most compassionate. We can only give out what we have within. If I am not in joy, I cannot bring joy to another. I am sure you understand.

I am sorry if I offended you again, but somehow I feel you will not be angry at me!

Sun rises because it falls, the reason why it fell after creation was, the fall of earth beings, and the reason for the fall was the mind, that became set into certain patterns. Or it is the other way round, the sunfall disrupted the flow of energies, during when human beings found it more easy to be set into specific patterns. So our forefathers, decided to call it Sunset rather than Sunfall, so that the future might remember what had happened.

Often the most joyous people have experienced the greatest sorrows. It follows from the natural law, that, to experience one form of reality, we will have to experience also its opposite. Once we know what the negative is like, we are free to explore the positive. The same is true of the positive. Trouble starts when we refuse to accept one form and exclusively focus on the other.

Please give yourself full credit for trying!

I would like to discuss one point you made ~ that we should experience both positivity and negativity.

Yes, experience of the negative is neccessary for completely understanding the positive, and also the other way round. However, I feel there comes a time when you have to say, "Enough! I have had enough of sorrows, and I am not going to take any more of them! I will find out what ails my life, and I will heal it."

This is the point when we begin our spiritual journey, trying to know more about life. The more we progress in wisdom, the more control we gain over our lives. Things become smoother ...

Eventually, we gain mastery over ourselves. Nothing troubles us anymore. The adage "As above, so below" also works the other way round ~ "As within, so without". So, at this stage, our lives also become very easy, and hardly anything happens that can cause us sorrow. So finally, we become free of sorrow.

I will give a personal example ~ mine. Four years ago, I learned 2nd degree Reiki. At that time, my teacher said, "If you practice it regularly, you will soon experience causeless joy." And was he right!

I did practiced Reiki regularly. One day, about a month after learning it, I began to gently laugh in the middle of a healing session, all by myself. It didn't feel odd at all ~ I was bursting with happiness from within. I didn't try to supress the laughter. I asked myself, "Why am I happy?". Immediately, a voice (my Higher sElf) spoke in my inner ear, "Because there is no reason to be sad".

I have related my experience here because I want to smash the belief that sadness is an integral part of life.

We have a choice. We can heal ourselves and our lives. It is possible to be completely joyous, without even a trace of negativity.

Think about it ~ if death can be conquered, why not sorrow? It can be.
