Speaking of Immortality, has anyone seen the new Disney movie 'Tuck Everlasting'? I had no clue what the movie was about, but wanted to go see it for some reason. I found it pretty interesting that a movie had the name 'Tuck' in the title(not a name you see often). I forgot, but I remembered during the movie - I'm a TUCK by blood (My Great Grandmother). I recognized, personally, many hidden meanings and synchronicities for me in the movie. The fact that one of the main character's name was Winnie was neat, because that is also the name of my Grandmother. One of my favorite things was recognizing my Apple Appalachians as I call them. The scenery was breathtaking! It was shot in the mountains of Maryland I found out. But anyway... It was a sweet movie. The fact that Disney tapped into immortality was pretty cool. Although in the movie the source of Infinite Life comes from a spring from a Tree, it was nice to see - yet too, if you think about, that has a deeper meaning as well. Again, Anyone else see this movie? Any thoughts or comments?

Loved it! I thought it was sweet that "you know who" was buried "you know where" so he could find her when he returned (sorry about the cryptic message, but I don't want to spoil anything).

Might I add that the acting was superb.

Oh yes! Tuck Everlasting was one of my favorite books as a kid. And I remember Jonathan Jackson from his years on General Hospital. sigh

The movie was cute, and the scenery was beautiful.
