or "older". How do handle questions about your ability to bear children after a certain age? So far I have started a dialog with one of my daughters about this and I had to lead her believe my husband and I are using an egg donor or "adopting" an embryo. She had a real difficult time believing I could still be fertile. I read in another thread that ther are other women in their "50s ET" here. I would love to get a discussion with you ladies. I feel like a real freak sometimes. I told a few of my friends and they started talking about "menopause" and asking me "why" would I want to have more children at "my age?" Obviously my friends do not know about Immortality and I don't feel it is my place to tell them.

Amethyst, My grandma gave birth to my aunt at 54 & I loved growing up with an Aunt 5 years my senior!! That side of my family had babies in thier fifties. No one seemed to question it at all. It is quite common for women in my local to give birth 40-50`s!!
So to me it`s the norm. Women here also live quite a long life span re: the statistical one. All this good country living I guess.
I think it`s wonderful your expecting again & the more indigo babies the merrier!!!
How do your children feel about the arrival Congratulations!!!

I have to agree with Juniperb, it is plenty normal for woman to have children in their
50's, it's been happening, since the Beginning
of TIME. ...
