Linda briefly mentions him in Starsigns.I've copied the following from a book.Count Saint Germaine came to the attention of the court of Louis XV in the mid-eighteenth century as an intriguing character who claimed immortality and was able to tell stories about events in history as if he had actually been there. He colourfully claimed to have chatted to such historical personages as the Queen of Sheba. He stunned courtiers and King alike by refusing to partake of the sumptuous banquets of the court, claiming to survive on a secret elixir that gave him immortal life. However,it was believed that he dined exclusively on white food, such as chicken breast and oats. His claims of immortality put him in the realm of the Merlin legend, where, like Merlin,he acquired a great deal of information that supposedly could not be amassed in one lifetime. He also travelled widely and was part of many of the events of history. Saint-Germaine tapped into the legend of the Philosipher's Stone in two ways.First,he intimated that he was the possesor of an elexir that gave him immortal life.Second,he gained a reputation for his alchemical prowess at transforming the common into something of the highest quality. However, stories about Saint-Germaine focused less on metals than on the transformation of common and imperfect stones into diamonds and other precious stones. He appeared at court as a well-dressed,extremely wealthy foreigner who wore magnificent jewellery. He became sought after for his many and varied skills, ranging from being ambidextrous to his legendary ability to recall a conversation a few days before with a courtier,or several hundreds of years earlier with Queen Cleopatra.Although he professed to be of the Catholic faith,Saint-Germaine was also said to have skills of clairvoyance and telepathy. Being such a gregarious and generous man,he delighted the French court with his gifts of supposedly precious gems and magical trinkets, such as a box in which an image would magically appear in the stone when it was brought close to the fire. However, his fashionableness at court began to wane and he became embroiled in charges of treason, which led him to flee France. Count Saint-Germaine was a shadowy and fascinating character, and historians have long debated his fantastic claims and the many stories about him.In the middle of the nineteenth century,an occultist who used the pen name Eliphas Levi devoted a few pages to the activities of Saint-Germaine in 'The History of Magic'.Levi declared that Saint-Germaine had actually been born in the late seventeenth century in Bohemia, the natural or adopted son of a member of the Rosicrucian brotherhood. It is believed that Saint-Germaine died in 1748 while under the patronage of Charles of Hesse in Germany. However, his fame-or notoriety -continued.His claim of immortality persisted after his apparent death,as there were a number of alleged sightings of him after 1784.

There is something weird on that site. The person claims that Germaine incarnated into Christopher Colombus, cool but one thing, Christpher Colombus made a lot of evil acts. When he went to the Americas he raped and beat woman. He became a very corrupt leader. Now that doesn't sound right. IP: Logged |

Or possibly what history teaches us about CC is flawed. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

It also says on the website that he was William Shakespear in one of his incarnations, which I remember Linda also talks about in 'starsigns'You know I've always had a bit of a problem with William Shakespear,if I ever met him in the flesh I think I would tell him off. 'Romeo and Juliet'is so tragic,he really shouldnt of written it,the ending is just so twisted and excruciatingly maddening,I cant bear it.His plays are full of death and treachery, blood and people killing each other. Maybe he was trying to teach us about the folly of people,in the same way that studying and using tarot cards can be a good exercise,in that they put you in touch with aspects of human nature which you might otherwise choose to ignore,so by familiarising yourself with these aspects you lose your fear of them and can deal with problems you might have instead of not facing them. OK,well I do really like the poetry in the lines he wrote, and I'm not that familiar with all of his plays, maybe I'll try reading'A Midsummer Nights Dream' IP: Logged |

Seems like St. Germaine is one of our most Colorful Ascended Masters. It takes many "learning" incarnations to be an Ascended Master. Those are just some of his. I know Elizabeth-Clare-Prophet that proports to channel him is very colorful. His flame(light) is purple, one of my favorite colors. PEACE AND LOVE LVX Annie
