How to know, there's an immortal infront of you?

How do you know when you've become one yourself?

Love to you all,

Hello, Scorpiogirl. Welcome to LindaLand. I have to honestly admit that I'm not very good at picking up on if someone else is an immortal. I don't have very good immortal radar. However, I can honestly say that there were a few gents in the last year I wouldn't mind meeting again to pop that question. Just their comments on retirement, and other death inc. statements.

And when you've done it yourself? Well, you know when you drive a road so often over and over and over? One day you suddenly find yourself at point B and you go, "Whoa, I don't recall making all those turns to get here."

For me, immortality was just like that. I followed all the directions and habits and thought patterns for a long time. Then suddenly I was at point B. It wasn't a matter of knowing, thinking, believing or whatever. Just... ZoooP! There I was.

(That can be the Immortals quote of Discovery. "Zooop! There I Am!")

for me, it's still understanding what -is- an immortal. I think I'd be able to recognize one by the vibes surrounding them, their attitude, and what's hidden within their eyes. Just another of those feelings.

Yes, I agree with Randall, they are every where. Eyes can be deep, or happy, the person with the eyes could be any age or mentality. Who's to say? Imagine meeting an imortal trying to survive in the body of a child? It'd have to buy it's house and travel with all the limitations of a child, and would be questioned about everything, hence I think most immortals would not do this. I think that most appear as ancient to gain respect. People will look at them and think "Oh, great, "old", wise one" but really, it could be anyone.

Greetings, I'm 100% certain that I saw two... a woman and a man who looked to be in their 60's or thereabouts. I was helping out at a booth that weekend at a casino while a conference was taking place and the couple that I saw close looked foreign with grey hair and partially wrinkled skin, yet it seemed smooth and creamy not like an elder's skin but like a baby's skin. The couple may have appeared elerly but yet they possessed a babyfaced innocence, their eyes had a sparkle that I haven't see in others. They always smiled and appeared undisturbed by all of the hustle and bustle and had a quiet calmness about them. A glow came from their faces that was bright in a sense, I felt tears coming into my eyes looking at them literally. They never ate at any of the dinners that weekend but drank herbal tea. I too had read Star Signs and so I dared to say that at one point.... when they were sitting together alone in silence, they turned and looked directly at me, at that very moment...I posed the question in my thoughts... "it is really true then"? And... guess what happened!!...They smiled at me then and nodded in agreement at the same time, in front of friends and strangers alike!! I must say that if ever I had any doubts lingering they quicked diminished at that moment.
