Hi there everyone

I dont know if this is the right forum to ask my question?
I want to make my hair thicker, longer and fuller.what foods and vitamin supplements should I take to aquire my desire?
I want to go the natural way and not use shampoos that 'cater' for my needs.
Your help will be appreciated.Thanx.

Hi moondreamer,

Be a vegetarian, or a vegan. Eat alot of vegetables in all colours (yellow, red, green), they have alot of vitamins.

For myself, being pregnant get my hair grow real fast! I never loose hair and have been pregnant five times.

My hair is still down to my thighs.

And follow Lindas advice, cut your hair once a month, I think it was at new moon - or was it full moon?

Anyway, by doing that, you cut away split ends and your hair seems thicker. I don't know why, but it does.

Good luck to you.

Take 2500 mg of biotin a day after a meal. You'll also get better skin and nails.
