where I have to make a descision as to what I'm going to study since I'll be paying thousands and thousands of dollars for schooling, and I have to make sure not even one penny goes to waste. I made a huge deal in Global Unity about college, and I also want to talk about something else.

I know I shouldn't talk about age, but I've been here for 17 earth years, and I've descided that I don't want leave this world especially with the nice beautiful temple that I own. I consider it a gift.

Anyway the truth is I've realized that this life was given to me for a good reason, and why end it where I'll be forced to relearn everything once again? I already have trouble remembering things that I learned last week never mind another millenium in a different body when this one is already perfect, and I can just keep perfecting it. I'm not trying to sound vain, but I'm just trying to make myself feel better.

So yes, I want to remain an immortal and stay that way, but I need lots of help and support. Where will I get a lot of help and support? OH DUH!! Right here. Anyway, I am 17 (but I'll have to stop saying that) which is perfect because it is the number of immortality, and I simply won't call it a coincidence. I do plan on traveling a lot in my life, perhaps I'll travel all over the place. I hope I can find some immortal buddies to hang out with when I'm lonely or sad. Right now I'm trying really hard to practice ways of healing myself, and to remain permanently healthy. But I'm finding that very difficult because of the stressful lifestyle and the dirty environment.

P.S. Can anyone give me some pointers since I'm young, and I really don't have to be concerned with reversal of cells? But I definitely must be concerened with sickness, poor eating habits, stress, my asthma, poor eye sight (I wear contacts), and wavering doubt and fear. I am a Pisces after all. I fully believe in immortality, I can sense Grasshopper and Randall as immortals, but my trouble is believing in myself to take on that truth. It's hard to practice that when a lot of things are against you.

I have a question: When you remain immortal and you feel that your Twin Self is not one or will not choose to become one for centuries to come. What would you end up doing? Linda wrote you can't become a full immortal without your Twin Self. That Twin Self would either have to enter a new body or you'd wait a very long time. But either way is still not the greatest because of all the waiting around. Oh well I'll shall see!

Linda felt we were never complete without our other half, but you are still fully immortal in the literal sense.

How do you remain consistent and steadfast in your belief when everything around you has age and death written and seen all over the place? It's certainly difficult, but I really feel like I KNOW that I'm immortal. Since I've descided to be serious about immortality, I've already SENSED my KARMA kicking into high gear, and also a feeling of protection and resiliency.

Also the most difficult thing as of right now is diet. I can't stop eating meat because of my family since dinner will consist of pieces of red meat here and there. I tried very hard to avoid red meat, but there will be times when I can't. Someday when I go to college, or live on my own, I'll be much more strict about this. However I will try to fast on unsweetened grape juice once a week. Any pointers on the diet thing though?

Everything else is fine right now, but I definitely have to do more research. I will read The Lion Path soon. And because I don't have to worry about cell reversal what should I do to feel like an immortal even though I am one?

Don't be negative over diet, air, water, or other things. Keep a positive attitude, and the rest will take care of itself over time as you become ready. Just affirm your immortality, and let your wise S-elf take over. Most likely, you are still maturing physically and are not yet through growing.

You're always seemingly right Randall, but don't let that go to your head.
Anyway my body is still growing and maturing so I am basically in great shape. People are constantly surprised when they find out what grade I'm in. If I didn't seem so mature they would think I was under a much younger grade level than almost a senior. So I'm still below the average rate of accepting immortality as truth. Maybe I can get QueenofSheeba to be one too.

Like what Randall said about stuff taking care of itself. Since I started walking the path, some of my traits and habits changed on their own without me puting forth an effort.

And as for seeing death and age all around, I remember Randall or someone said something like, you should use those instances to remind yourself and reinforce your beliefs. (It sounded better when he said it though ) This technique has worked pretty well for me and those things don't effect me in a negative way as much anymore.

That thread is around here somewhere. Did you see it?

Supreme kudos, StarLover ... especially on college! What a great way to "begin" immortality. We'll help you stay positive about everything as you go through a series of breakthroughs; from wanting, to believing, to knowing, to an immortality that just is. Hee Hee, the Zen of Immortality Maintenance ... sounds like it could be a great book ....

My faith has already begun to take shape!

For instance, it has only been two or three days since I declared this, and today something very funny happened. My friend and I were sitting at our computers typing an exam, and so when I went to type today's date I accidently typed 2994 instead of 2004.

My friend saw this, he teased me, and then said, "Sonia you wouldn't even be alive then." So I casually replied, "What do you mean, of course I'm going to be alive during that year." He looked at the number again and said, "Sonia, thats 900 years from now." Then we started to laugh at each other and I still replied, "Don't you know that I am an immortal? It's just something that I am." He looked at me kind of funny and tried to test me, but we both laughed it off since he probably thought I was kidding, but I was being serious.

It was just a moment that I didn't expect, and I thought I handled it quite well. I also did little unconcious things like grabbing an orange for lunch, and not being paranoid about things I eat and do. I felt like I was having a lot more fun than usual. In that very class with my friend, we were talking about The Crucible by Authur Miller. We were talking about the Salem witch trials. My teacher asked if we would choose to die with honor, or live by confessing you were a witch even though your name would be tarnished. I told her I would choose to live.
I also got other people to say the same.

So are you saying that my body will slowly but surely refrain from bad habits even unconsciously? Can someone be kind enough to explain further since I don't have much time to be pulling up old strings.

I don't remember what the thread is called. Sorry. I only remember that it was a long time ago. When I first joined Lindaland actually.

I can only speak from my personal experiences. Some things have changed about me without concious effort like, I've gotten a lot nicer than I used to be to animals and people. I used to be a little when I was a young child.

Also after a while I stopped trying to rush life. I had aways wanted to hurry and grow up to get a job and move out. I appreciate every moment now and I feel very peaceful all the time. I have to believe that this has caused my health to improve a great deal.

Other things I had to try at a bit. Like when I started trying to eat better. I hated veggies. I ate Big Macs everyday too.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I noticed others around me started forming better life habits as well, right out of the blue. Like my mom stopped smoking. And my father has become more spiritual and now we have lots of stuff to talk about.

From these experiences I came to the conclusion that other people might naturally change a little bit too when they choose that lifestyle, physically and mentally. Everyone has something different planned for them so maybe that was just my experience and my theory is just a big pile of guinea pig poops.

Did anyone else have any experiences like this? Did Linda say anything?

Thank you. I feel like my perspective is starting to really change. I want to enjoy life a lot more instead of trying to run to the future.

that's true, the change in your perspective....it affects everything!

and i do think this shift in perception to immortality affects people around us....in my experience was quite difficult for some! and i only just now see it this way, because of the experience you related FairyStar....but there are lots of very good effects too! didn't linda mention somewhere that our twins will be affected by our actions, like if one's consciousness is raised, so will the other's be, even if the two are far apart or have never met?

yes, there is sense of well-being, peace and an end to that 'eternal' rushing through life. life becomes immensely more beautiful.

and i do think that we experience some rough waters as well....just part of the process i guess.

congratulations StarLover ~ welcome to the real resurrection.
