This guy is 35
He was a stunning beauty up until quite recently. I think he works to much and over the last year he seems to have aged almost 15 years!! I can't believe it when I look at him. I don't know what's causing it only it must be his soul.
Is there some way I can help him get back to his youthfullness?

There isn't enough information to begin to help. "What is aging him?" must be the first question answered. Give us that and perhaps you'll receive more responses.

That's the thing , I don't know what's aging him. except maybe his stressful job, but he loves it.

If he loved it then that wouldn't be aging him. Could be family or he may not realize that the job is stressing him out. Maybe it's the money.
