Fairly quickly. The effects are mental at first (taking you back to likes, dislikes, music tastes and such as that). ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Depending on how close you are to the age of maturity, you may just want to freeze your cells where they are. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Then again, you may decide to wait until your voice has compeletely changed ... unless you like the erratic high pitches of puberty that we guys are blessed to go through.------------------ "The reason why birds can fly and man cannot is simply that they have perfect faith; for to have faith is to have wings." ~JM Barrie IP: Logged |

I'm very lucky I don't have to reverse my cells, I'll just freeze the cells after my body matures a little bit more!-StarLover IP: Logged |

I believe if you're evolved enough, you can reverse your cells all the way back to childhood. Imagine having a real second childhood. -StarLover IP: Logged |

How do you freeze your body? I think I'm going to do that as soon as I reach...28, perhaps 27. That'll be another decade or so...gigglesIP: Logged |

Has anyone over 40 done the mental spiraling backwards exercise and followed the rest of the advice and had any real results? I began thinking about what Linda said about cell life being 7 years. I can see where a person can program a cell to go back but it would seem it could go backward or forward only 7 years. Perhaps I'm missing some information. Does anyone on this forum know of anyone with before and after pictures to know if the information has been done and manefested the results as listed in the book or was it only theory that was written in Star Signs written? I read all of the 6 books called "Life of the Masters of the Far East" by Baird Spalding and though there was great information, unless it could be applied and manefested by those who read the books (and millions have read the books) then it would seem to be a person's theory. I'm searching for truth and that is why I ask questions. For years I believed many things to be the absolute truth and later in life I find it wasn't and so now I question a whole lot more.IP: Logged |

Well I'm only still very young- but I will keep pics of myself every year that goes by without me aging!------------------ "And dreams, don't ever forget, are the first step in manifesting wishes into reality"-- Linda Goodman's Star Signs IP: Logged |

Another thing- (I'm a smoker--trying not to be) and I buy them myself- and when I turned 18 I was NEVER asked for Identification- (I don't have my lisence yet so that's lucky) Anyway, NOW since I've been spiralling away- and pulling out roots shrouded in the death belief, I get asked for ID ALL THE TIME, I'm almost 21- and they think I'm 16 or 17. But I just smile at them, and I feel more confident everyday that I'm staying youthful. And that's a fact! ------------------ "And dreams, don't ever forget, are the first step in manifesting wishes into reality"-- Linda Goodman's Star Signs

Hi, Age regression is real and is possible Ever since i read about it in Star signs, I have been imagining my DNA helix to be spinning in the counter clockwise directions as well as consuming vit e as advocated by her...now comparing my classmates, i have stood still in time. Its incredible and it works.I hae been doing it for the past ten years Dr.Devan Mangalore India

I can't find a copy of Star Signs to read about this! I'm 31 and I do look younger than that, but I REALLY want to freeze my age right now - if not reverse it by at least a couple of years... what's the exact technique?IP: Logged |

It may not work without the thought transformation. Buy Star Signs! ------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things."
