I've been thinking...(I'm new here, but not to Linda Goodman's books and surrounding topics)...that the Ascended Masters who overcame death and are living an Immortal existence, specifically the ones who were born in India many, many years ago...they wouldn't have had access to vitamins in the way we are now. Is taking PABA, Vitamin E and C absolutely necessary? I believe that we aren't physical beings having a spiritual experience, but spiritual beings having a physical experience, therefore, that it is the spiritual that turns our bodies into a finer substance, that concentrating on the physical alone, wouldn't be enough. Also, looking at the prices of some of these vitamins, and the fact that here in Europe supplements as a whole are under threat, it makes me wonder if they are necessary, looking back at how Immortals in India would not have used these things to aid them. My opinion is that they are boosters only.------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

Hello Randall,I was beginning to think that as well. I want to take the outlined vitamins, however, I don't know if I will honestly be able to keep it up. PABA and Vitamin C isn't a problem. But Vitamin E in it's pure form, and suitable for vegetarians is hard to find, at a decent price where I am. If it really is just a booster, then I will take those vitamins but at less quantities. Though there is the nagging feeling, of doing everything by the book. ------------------ quote: How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours

I think controlling one's thoughts is the most important thing. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

Yes, I would agree. Body, mind and soul are all inter-connected after all.IP: Logged |

I've talked on this line before: I think sometimes you have to pay attention to the physical to get your belief going ... because that is so much of everything. I mean, if you take some vits and feel better, and put something on your face and feel better .... you're off to a good start. Of course, there's a point when you don't need the extra (I guess it never really hurts ... unless you rely on it). That's why I like reading up on the science of this stuff ... cuz folks sometimes want "proof" ... and the proof is out there ... now stop doubting and walk the path ... or jog, or run, or swim, or fly, or float or dance, or ... ------------------ "The reason why birds can fly and man cannot is simply that they have perfect faith; for to have faith is to have wings." ~JM Barrie IP: Logged |

I've come to realise since first posting this, that there is more to physical immortality than the taking of vitamins and changing ones diet. In fact it far surpasses those things. There are many different paths to the same destination and each one is individual. What does remain, is the knowledge that what we create in our minds, manifests in the physical. And if we believe we need vitamins in order to support our transformation, then we will need them. But there are other sources of nourishment, than at first realised. One thing is certain, there are a lot of walls to climb in order to rise above many conditions we come across through life, and that for me, at present is the hardest of all. The realisation that there are in fact, no limitations, is necessary in order to obtain anything.IP: Logged |

Definetly.I've always like how Linda put it in Starsigns - the utter simplicity of it is beautiful. You are already immortal. You always have been. You just forgot, but all you've ever had to do is remember. KNOW it NOW, and then you will have WON.

Welcome! Re-membering is all about materialising what has always been. It's a constant cycle of experiencing, learning, knowing, and experiencing again. The human body can do anything. Just so long as the Mind re-members what the Soul is trying to say. Dean. IP: Logged |

pg. 438 of Star Signs:To "Boost" and "assist" the cell regeneration process: - 1,000 mgms of Paba. - 5,000 mgms of Vitamin C. - 2,000 mgms of D'Alpha Tocopheral Vitamin E everyday." She also makes other suggestions on that page to assist your spiraling. So I suppose it's safe to say that the said above are just options not neccesities to help kick-start things. - It seems that Drinking the 2 eight ounce glasses (8 ounces = 1 cup) of The 100% pure concord grape juice per day is a neccesary factor. (You can buy the concord grape juice at the local health-food store.) You'll seldom find it at a grocery store. - Visualize the cells in your body moving in a counter-clockwise direction. Once in the morning and once in the evening. (I usually focus on the image of one cell as being the focal point for all of the cells in my body moving backwards on a coil, and then I stop it at mid-point.) It's up to the practitioner to choose where to stop and how long you want to meditate on doing this. This works for me. - Practicing a diet free of meat products and living a good, clean life is also a neccesity, as well as living from the heart. - Discipline over your thoughts. - Faith is most important...above all. (I threw in a little extra info for anyone new who'd like to know the basic essentials of what to do to get on the path.) IP: Logged |

Linda gave us "rituals," which many of us need to keep us on task. But the main thing is to affirm what your Higher S-elf already knows...and stop letting fate decide for you what you alone have the power to choose. ------------------ "Don't worry about the world coming to an end today.
