Hi knowflakes,

I've been wondering about this for a long time now. It has always been there, ever since I read 'Star Signs'. Star Signs never left me, even through periods of faithlessness. How COULD I forget THAT?! For Linda really is my spiritual mother.

However, how is it possible to make these changes, this spiritual growth and be at peace in this 'land of Mordor'?! I have given my heart and soul to someone who I can't talk to about this sort of thing, or even convert to vegetarianism. (He probably isn't my Twin S-elf, TWIN S-ELF WHERE ARE YOU?!!!!).

It isn't possible to truely relate to people who would look at you in a funny way if you ever dared to open up about the suff that REALLY interests you. Spiritual Stuff. Matters of the Soul. The Meaning of Life. Balance. Creation.
Everywhere I go, people are obsessed with fashion, careers, their image, their selves. Materialism. I'm probably seen as 'airy fairy', or a little crazy (if I let them see the real me, which of course I don't!). For many, it is too much too even give a little of what they can to charity, when it comes their way.

Oh, I hate it! I feel 'Lost in a Strange World'. Yes.

So how does one be an immortal peacefully, and still walk through the supermarket watching people buy butchered animals, and live amongst people who only want to talk about gossip and are always seeming to compete, to ***** about?! Who don't give a DAMN what we are doing to this world, who DON'T want to listen and can't be bothered to even use the recyling box on their doorsteps! Who won't be inspired to even try to believe that we can all, each and every one of us, REALLY make a difference, no matter how SMALL it may SEEM at first.

There is the option of being a loner, which is fine, to some extent. But we ARE, after all, SOCIAL CREATURES, like many other animals, and I do not believe it is natural, or healthy to live this way......

I too have pondered the matters you've written about. It is very hard to live in this world and hold certain views, even people who are partially enlightened seem to only get so far and then they stop.

Please read some of the threads in this section, because I think that they mold hold the answer. Basically, what I want to say is that the Universe is always evolving towards a more light filled, loving, life affirming level. Anything that is not progressing will eventually die out, wither, or change.

It's not the answer I like, but eventually everyone will change. It's just a matter of time. However, there is always the hundredth monkey effect, so you never know!

I guess I should just see people as having their own philosophy of life; the way they see things is that death is an inescapable part of life and that we are all in 'the food chain'. The most people can do is do their best to support those around them; that makes a difference enough (let alone trying to 'change the world'). It's hard for people to see how little things can make a difference too.

I need to find out whether one really can 'Image/Ordain'. It is SO hard to have faith when one has to constantly be weary of all the dogma and 'brain-washing' out there........

Remember Lindas Magic number matching in star signs?
9, wich stands for the masculine force, representing power and materialism, added to 6,wich stands for the feminin force, representing pure LOVE, becomes 15, wich when 1+5 is added together, becomes 6 again.
9 can never win over 6 isn t that LOVELY!

Just because it's all around you doesn't mean it has to affect you.

Thankyou for those wise words, my sibling sparks of the Divine.....

I guess there are OOber people dotted everywhere, around us I mean- if one would only look closely; calm & composed- like a wise old cat(!)
(Yes, I'm well aware that I sound a little crazy sometimes; however I do always try to speak straight from the heart!).

Even wicked people have an OOber in them too, though it is buried very deep within. As the Hopi would say; many of us are 'Sleeping'.

We all have a child within.
I shall never grow up!
