I've just come back....I didn't find it a pleasant experience....the book is good- except the bit near the end where it gets a bit political and preaches judgementality.

Whenever I questioned the teachings, I got attacked, whenever I asked something about the book, she would get irritable, whenever I politely pointed out that I wasn't the only one with faults I was shouted at for being disrespectful.

Perhaps Linda and Mary Summer Rain were ABSOLUTELY right when they said that money should not change hands between spiritual teacher and student.

I think the book is very good, there is a lot of stuff which is useful in it. However, the stuff which wasn't useful was the preaching of judgementality (The 7 levels of spiritual growth) in which she states that, for example, indigenous people are primarily concerned with fear and survival...being at the bottom of the levels...how patronising is that? I got bullied into a corner when I questioned that and I allowed myself to be manipulated. Its quite frightening how we can all be manipulated at times- but luckily I am back- I've been through all this before with religion and am too wise to EVER be deceived!!

There is also a lot of emphasis on demons, etc...now after getting to that part I had to sleep with my light on, even though she said that we should confront our fears. I think if people start thinking that demons are everywhere trying to manipulate them...even feeding off the energy ommited from an orgasm....then this will stifle/frighten them....preventing them from expressing their spirits freely maybe. And all this talk of this world being a 'matrix'....maybe it is true, in a way...but isn't it a grim view of the world?
She said that she is always being attacked by demons...now maybe this is the case. Maybe it isn't. Maybe she is partly schizophrenic and thats why she sees demons...even aliens..a lot of the time. Long-term fasting can cause people to hallucinate. Maybe the demons are all in her head; maybe she was raised with the idea that sexual desire comes from the Devil. Who knows.

All I know is that I'm finished with it!

The body you are in right-at-this-moment will NOT EXIST in 80 days time !!
Each cell is continually cloning itself to be replaced.

An "Immortal" is somebody who has learned how to continually replace the body without the cell's images degenerating.

IMMORTALS just keep reproducing their body longer and more often than the rest of us.

HOW?? The Jing (sexual) energy in the body will create a new physical body OUTSIDE yourself if it is "spent" being merged with the cells from another person.
1+1 always = 3 !!! (law of the triangle).
So an orgasm is a farewell to physical immortality.

Otherwise, if you know how, Jing can be conserved and used to recreate your own body within. (Toaist Yoga)

This is why Priests et al are supposed to be celibate, but they do not know what do do with the stored sexual energy.

Personally it is a demonstration of pride to want to keep the same appearance and identity instead of seeking a change and new experience in life through natural process of reincarnation.

Our task should be to learn who we really are. So that a permanent awareness of "self" can be maintained through the different incarnations.
Otherwise incarnation is an unconscious process and meaningless.

Ofcourse there are specially talented people who can manifest COPIES of their body and then live in both !! (become a Rosicrician)

Not for all in 80 days, many now, many before, amny again.
The changes aren't so dramatic, you will be the ssame, no other body, this body you're in will vibrate at a higher freuquency, it will become
better,
need less sleep, food, water, somewhat lighter,
matter not so dense, we are here on Earth,
and as Above will be so Below.
