<< Because of my young 'age', I don't know whether I'll be taken seriously at all. >> Well, I am the most Humphrey Bogartish macho male chavinist prig I know in my city and yet I will be taking you seriously. I pity the fools who wont. So dont worry, just share the info please. Already you have given a good tip, to sing out affirmations. When we sing by ourselves, there is no one to say we cant sing well, so it does not matter! IP: Logged |

I think it's actually called reverse spiraling and involves imagining a spiral that represents your life up until now. To project the spiral is to see your future. To reverse the spiral means to revers the aging process and thereby looking, feeling, and ultimately Being younger. To leave the spiral alone is to age "normally". The other form of spiraling is to allow your mind to grow from concept to concept - the epansion feels exponential and feels like there is no end. I'm not sure what is really sprialling, or what is more circular in that you do not improve, but remember who you are. You arrive where you began, but the feeling is about expanding. Interesting that reverse spiralling doesn't feel like you're shrinking, but I guess it too is circular - as you spiral inwards, the circle just continues to turn, until you reach the beginning of course, which Linda advised against. Just a quick summary to lead in to SunChilds additions Heaps of Love, Dean. IP: Logged |

Thanks! I forgot to add one important rule - that when reverse spiraling, you must visualise it "shrinking" anti-clockwise, as all things spiral in a clockwise direction. All things being like right-handed cork screws and such. For more, I guess you could read the book Truly mind altering. Turned me from a cynic instantly. You know, I just watched half of "What the Bleep do we Know?" Such a Great Movie, and made me think so much of Star Signs. Oh the possibilities of Life. Funny how they never really project possibilities such as immortality, but yes, 'tis all in the Mind.Dean. IP: Logged |
