Hi all! Oh guess what?!? I'm sixteen now!! Lol...either eway, I'm not sure if this topic is for here or what..but sometimes, when I meditate, there's this odd...tingling like above my nose. And then I would feel oddly lightheaded, like all my focus would be moving around you know? Like i'm dizzy and about to fall over. And then sometimes my face would feel...heavy...like all the muscles and all are just hanging...is that...normal?

Omigosh, you just cracked me up with your description...oh trying to stop laughing so I can type.

Okay. Now I'm thinking that could be a sensation from your thirdeye. But I'd like to ask ~how long do you meditate for, and how do you breathe?
Deep, long, heavy, light?

Christinaeavynwarner, wow, that's along one to write, lol.

Above your nose, between your eyes, your pineal gland, your third eye, yes when ativated, it tickles, and you want to scratch it, lol
Dizzy, you shouldn't be, do you feel as if your about to fall, have you?
Muscles in your face, still not something I experienced, have you been doing alot of exercise, it would explain a little
What's different in your life recently
16 is a difficult age, and a very special one,
The tingling is good, and a sign, to pay attention to other messages, that might be trying to come trhough, are you led to books, or pen and paper,
as if a Lightbulb was turned on?

Sending you Love and Light
Stephanie

You probably need to ground yurself girl........or else you may find yourself getting a "floating/dizzy" feeling......and remember to close the chakra down too, very important...or else you will be too open at times.......

If I can help at all, dont hesitate to ask........

No close your chakra AFTER meditating.....hahahah.......how what....how do you ground or how do you close chakra?.....

Okay lots of grounding techniques, simple one, feel yr feet being rooted into the ground, or bring in a light thro crown chakra to the earth.

Closin chakra - imagine the little door closing - SHUT !!! Loads a different ways girl...lots of info inbooks and google
