Please,

I would like to know exactly ALL the things a person SHOULD AVOID if he/she wants to live a long life, and eventually, reach physical immortality- what must he/she not do or what must he/she watch out for in order to live?

Thank you in advance.

Do not be afraid of physical changes.
As a planet changes, adapt or die.
Most folks would be terrified if they were to begin changing/mutating to adapt to a changing enviroment or even another world.
The human form is fine for now, on Earth at this time. But what about the future? Will we shrink or grow? Will we develope armor plating to sheild ourselves from solar intensities? Grow fur?
How about our sexes or our eyes?
What is considered human looking now will not be later on.
So if one is locked into the idea of what it is to be human or human at all...which is simply a bioform...not the soul and sapience...one will become extinct in time.
