I now have the guided meditation on mp3... started day one this morning.

The experience was just something I can't explain, it was the most amazing thing I have ever done...

...when I was counted down into a deep relaxed state I felt like I left my body...

The journey felt a lot longer than an hour...

Afterwards I felt more confidence within myself, i knew me and I began knowing things I didn't know before... I felt some confusion for a while but it eventually wore off.

I had a slight weird sensation in the front part of my head, and felt a bit tired for half an hour after.

It felt like a journey into my subconcious, then into my heart... and came face to face with eternity... i remember it all very well...like a vivid dream.

A lot of specific things happened but it's so personal that I can't explain it so that anyone would understand. It was so revealing.

Please get a copy if you can...it's worth it.

I'm doing the 21 day programming...today was just the first day!

I only did it about 4 times I think...I really enojoyed the experience but doing it twice a day (almost 3 hours worth) started to feel like a chore, so I stopped. I will use it again, just not twice a day for 21 days. Some people I know have done it which is wonderful, i'm not really that disciplined.
