I was walking along just thinking today, turning ideas over in my mind, contemplating....when it occurred to me that perhaps immortality is something that can be attained but not a necessity when it comes to the matter of the soul's ascension. I may be wrong (?)Immortality, to my understanding, is not about changing our biological blueprint just so that we can stay on Earth, in this dimension, forever. It is about changing our vibrational frequencies to that we can travel into a higher dimension when we chose. Perhaps then, light workers may travel in and out of dimensions. http://www.crystalinks.com/merkaba.html However, does it really matter whether our physical SHELL which we inhabit on this Earth, as travelers in Time and Space- does it really matter if we take the altered energy vibrations of this shell with us or not? Do we really need it? Just sharing my thoughts If anyOne wants to, feel free to share yours ------------------ Come away, O human child! To the waters and the wild With a faery, hand in hand, For the world's more full of weeping than you can understand. -W.B.Yeats IP: Logged |

I very much loved what you had to say. To believe that amazing things are possible does nothing to address whether or not there is any legitimate reason for doing them. Love, daf IP: Logged |

The only ONE thing I ever disagreed with Linda Goodman was the concept of "physical" immortality. We are all immortal - provided we truly realize who WE really are.------------------ Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves --> Carl Gustav Jung IP: Logged |

We have forgotten who we truly are. We are the dream-makers, and not the dream.Infinite Love Is The Only Truth; EVERYTHING else is illusion. Awareness is Oneness. There is no evil except non-awareness. "Forgive them. For they know not what they do". Fear is an illusion; our own creation- Why let our own illusion control us? The truth can set us free. So, if what we see is an illusion, And people are caught up in the matrix, Is there a reason to be here? Yes. Infinite Love Is The Only Truth; EVERYTHING else is illusion And Infinite Love does not abandon. So, if we created our illusion....If we all chose to expand our consciousness through experience in this way..... Then why did we create pain, fear, suffering?
Because we allowed it to. Is there any ultimate reason for such suffering? To help us wake up. Infinite Love Is The Only Truth. EVERYTHING else is illusion. When we reflect AWARENESS Back into OUR Collective Consciousness Then we will play a part In the changing of Reality
Yes- the truth- the truth will set us free There is no separation; there is no polarity All is One Infinite Love Is The Only Truth, everything else is illusion.
P.S. Nothing I write is my 'own'. I just ARRANGE the actual words.

Hi LTT. I think it would be neat to master the physical thing to the point where we can enjoy our stay here more. Then when we've finished our task, we can just slip out of the body like a warm fuzzy set of sleepers. Let another entity use it and skip the whole childhood thing. At the current rate of spiritual acceleration, I think more and more of that will be going on. Some may not even realize it. When they slip into the body, they immediately assimilate all the memories, etc., and truly believe they are the personality they have adopted. I don't think physical immortality is really the goal. And Spiritual immortality is a given. So I'm not entirely sure where Linda was going with all of that.Great topic! IP: Logged |

I was enjoying an Alfred Hitchcock,"Vertigo", when I realised that anybody who moves lives like this can become a kind of monster. maklhouf! Relax. What I'm talking about is all agreed upon at the soul level long before it happens. Ruth Montgomery wrote about it inStrangers Among Us and Threshold to Tomorrow. No monsters. No evil. Only Love Prevails. It's ALL gOOd! IP: Logged |

Thanks, yourfriendinspirit! Maybe I will become more of a teacher as I evolve, etc. I put my spirituality, etc down to painful experiences. These are what helped me to wake up. I don't know whether the inner pain itself was necessary or not. I'm sure there are other, better way in which we can learn. But it helped me to understand the nature of our reality and a burning motivation to do something to help change it, to ease the suffering of everyOne. quote: Hi LTT. True, but it can be lonely being spiritual. At the moment I'm getting into holistic therapies (starting with Reflexlogy). This could well be the beginning of the bridge to end this spiritual loneliness (not to forget you knowflakes, who give me SO much) I really want to learn more about this sungazing thing/ people who claim to live on sunlight. I believe that this must be the link we are searching for with immortality. Also, I've started taking a monotomic gold product called 'Evolution' full of nutrients and stuff, just to see.....but I don't think the 'Philosopher's Stone' will give us immortality, only improve health. It makes sense that immortality should stem from eating sunlight because by doing this we stop killing other forms of life which takes us off the wheel of karma and destruction. ------------------ It would be nice to evolve some sort of telethapy of the heart; empathy. A feeling, knowing inside how we are all interconnected. Empathy/ love would be a a law unto itself. IP: Logged |

Having said that, I enjoy food and have quite an appetite to master But I genuinely and sincerely would love to learn how to live on only sunlight. IP: Logged |

I think life would be dull not to make use of our extremely complex palate. ------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." I would like to read the Montgomery book. The only literature dealing with immortals that I have read, deals with monsters, Dracula etc.------------------ The stone which the builders rejected, The same was made the head of the corner; Matthew 21:42 IP: Logged |
