I know we can use reverse spiralling to make ourselves appear younger, but I have a few questions.

1. If you reverse spiral to an age where you looked younger and better, but you had some health issues at that time, are you inviting the return of those health issues?

2. Is there such a thing as reverse spiralling specific parts of your body - eg reverse spiral your stomach to when it was flat? Or reverse spiral your thighs to when you had less cellulite? (Yes I know diet and exercise are the obvious things here - but I was just wondering).

I'd be interested to learn more about the specifics of this...

Hi GemLover - I am re-reading Star Signs for the Umpteenth time, and am finally committing myself to reverse spiralling and physical immortality. I remember reading today a passage from SS where Linda talked about a guy she knew choosing to return to 23 or 24, and tht he started to experience emotional problems again that he'd had at that age, but that he was able to 'fight' them and re-gain peace, so in answer to no. 1., I would think that you may start to repeat the patterns but if you remind yourself that you are healthy, strong and immortal then you can re-program your brain to accept your good health status. In other words, if you are committed to the process I believe the re-occurrence of issues you had at that age would be temporary (but also a good sign that your efforts at spiralling are working )
2. As to certain parts of your body, I don't see why it couldn't work, but my theory is that if you are aiming for the whole than it seems to me that all of your body would re-verse to perfect health at say 23, rather then how 'you' used to be at 23, kind of fits with the answer to your 1st question. Because I think the whole point of re-verse spiralling is gaining perfect health and the never-ending physical status of a chronologically 23 year old rather then, as I said before how you were specifically at that age.
E.g I am aiming for 23/24, at that age I had a number of emotional issues and for a while those issues affected my health, so my aim is to re-verse my body to a perfectly healthy and happy 23/24 year old, not who 'I' was back then - does any of that make sense?

1. Probably not in most cases...although mentally you can experience some of the issues and likes/dislikes that you did at that time--including any immaturity.

2. Yep.

this is where i have a lot of trouble with linda's work...since she died of diabetes complications at 70 (not very old) ...did she not follow her own advice, or what was the problem? did she stop WANTING to live because of her pain over sally? and if she believed in reincarnation why was she so desperate for sally's present-life return? obviously she missed her, but still...

So my cesarean scar & strech marks will disappear if I decided to go back to my 19's or 20's???
How strong my mind should be to give orders to my cells?

Hello Katatonic!
I understand that you have problems to accept Linda s teachings about immortality, if she herself, past away. I had the same feelings before. But then it hit me, that of course she s not dead. She has just disappeard, as she mentions in Starsigns, that this is something a lot of immortals chooses to do, because people are not ready to see the truth. It s not just possible that she writes Starsigns and a few years later dies, because of diabetes on top of it. And why is it so difficult to find information about her on the internet, like tv-interviews and more pictures than it is? I don t know for sure but I think she s still alive.

LOL Loe
