Hey guys! Well, I just started respiraling after a good five-year abscence. How many times a day should I do this to begin seeing results. It's hard right now because I'm stressed out over finals and I just can no longer deny the dark circles under my eyes. Right now I do 3 in the morning and 3 at night. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.IP: Logged |

I think I know what it is: Adderall. Ever since I've been taking the stimulant I've noticed that even when I sleep for 6-7 hours, my skin and general well-being do not improve. I hope the internet has some info on this. We'll see. IP: Logged |

Linda said once in the morning and evening. I usually just do it once a day.------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll IP: Logged |
