I concur. Immortals tend to have physical imperfections. It depends on what "age" they project, but some have grey hair, some are balding, and other visual appearances that can be deceiving.

often when folks get deep tissue massage buried emotions are released. I was under duress from some "pillars of society" for some years and as the years go by these same folks are losing body parts and have various illnesses that have almost incapacitated them. they look very old and cannot get around much anymore. i have n0t been their only target. I have worked out my forgiveness over their foulness yet am mildly amused they don't get the universe hint to change their ways. I have also worked on avoiding negatives in thought word and action and am feeling healthier.

I have a personal example...for several years now I have lived with family (at 1st just my sister, then my mum joined us when her health started deteriorating), and a little while after she (mum) joined us I developed IC (Interstitial Cystitis). Basically it's an inflammation of the deep tissue of the bladder, and one symptom is that you go a WHOLE bunch. Like my average was 30 times a day. Anyway last year I met this great evolutionary astrologer and had a few sessions with her, and at one point she asked me just what I was ****** off at (ha!). And I realized then -- I was ****** off at being in my mid 30s and living with family, not having my own space. So...yeah, there definitely can be a connection with emotions and health issues.

Incidentally, my sister is planning to get married in 6 months or so and my mom will be retiring (and moving in with her younger sister) so I will be getting my own place at the end of this year/1st of 2009, yay! Not too surprisingly, since making these new plans my symptoms have lessened. Still have some problems a bit, but that's understandable & it's manageable with watching my diet (acidic things cause it to flare up, diet coke/sodas really mess me up too).

Fiery, I'm lucky to know several Immortals, and all of them either have really long hair or are balding (or both). I fit in the long hair category, but you are in great company with many others. Perhaps it's just another test for you to learn mastery of body, or maybe it's one of the best "imperfections" for hiding among the mortals.

LOL Randall. Thank you. I guess I have to learn to live with it. But I must admit I look much better with very short, shaved hair. It just suits me the best.

I don't like the idea of faking death when one is immortal although I understand why. I think that in today's day and age why should something so wonderful be hidden. Why fake death if you conquered it? Can't we Live and let Live?

No matter how advanced we are, either technologically or spiritually, there are still people who are narrow-minded. They simply wouldn't understand it.

I understand that Fiery. It's just that one would have to lie - why lie because other people have certain perceptions of life. It's not right at all.

charmainec-

great emerson quote!! i used to have a bracelet with that saying on it, one of my favorites!!

i agree, why lie because of the perception of other's. sometimes TRUTH is too much for the narrow minded to handle. instead of positive coming out of this knowledge, we would have many fearful people.

we all know what fear can lead to, sometimes growth and sometimes pain/war/negativity. it is best in this situation to let people learn on their own about this amazing truth. it is like the adage when one is ready the guru/avatar is there.

let those who have eyes to see - see, let those who have ears to hear - listen.

many blessings
