.. where you're most comfortable and let it continue from there?

Let's say you became romantic with a long time friend, and things got to a state where you just can't be friends anymore. Can you rewind it back to when you were still friends, and retain that friendship and nothing more?

Somehow it seems possible to just wipe out the memories with a 'rewind'. Just like system restore on the computer. Is it possible, and would you want to do that?

As in, really see that person through the eyes of yourself a few years back, where you were friends and nothing more.

Perhaps you would be living in a parralel universe

I've never truly understood the concept of parallel universe; does it mean simultaneous existance?

How about erasing a cell memory you never wish existed? Instant delete is good, computer style.

In theory, every choice that could have been made, has been made, in another Uni-verse. They occupy the same space, stacked on top of each other, vibrating at a different level.

The cool thing is that the frequencies are very close to one another--like radio stations frequencies-- and sometimes we move (slide) from one Uni-verse to the other without knowing it. The differences are slight. For example, in my dining room, one of the bulbs in the hanging light fixture is blown and has been a while. Yesterday, I noticed it wasn't blown. I'm thinking I slid to a very close Uni-verse. The further apart the frequency, the bigger the differences...but we can only slide to the very close ones (and it's random). One day, science may allow us to choose to slide to some of the more different Earths.

I am also into the idea of parralel universe, but I do not know of anybody who could move between them at will. Atlenta is doing a normal animal thing: the avoidance of pain, which probably cannot be avoided. Even your computer pains you from time to time

I would thind that alot of other subtlties would also be erased so the two of you are no longer on the same page so to speak.

Unless does this require that your friend also rewind her memory?
