The frustrating thing about cellular regeneration for me, is that it hasn't happened instantly. Which I believe it can. I think it is our constant bombardment in society with the death program and aging (more by example rather than outright say so) that inhibits our belief it is possible. And I believe we have what is our sincerely held belief.IP: Logged |

I wrote a dissertation on this topic for my Sports degree. My father was proof of how you can condition yourself. He was a super active guy, no health problems but I can remember that he always used to say that as both of his parents died at 58 so too would he. "Genetically programmed" he used to say cheerfully. And lo and behold he did and I don't think genetics had a say, I think he had pre programmed himself. But I have studied for many years the minds influence on the body (I find it fascinating) and have realised that so many physical factors can be altered by a change in mindset.

Oh bunnies, that's terrible. Yes, I too believe you program your self. But goodness, the whole world adds to that program, and it usually slips in under my radar. So how about you? Have you been positively programing your mind? And how??I'd be interested to know. IP: Logged |

Well yes I have always followed the respiral technique as written about in Star signs. I had my passport confiscated whilst on holiday in Turkey in June because they didn't believe my date of birth and thought I had a false passport. They put me at 20 yrs younger than my actual age and my friend who is 6 months younger than me....they thought she was my mother! Fortunately my wonderful friend doesn't give too hoots (I would have been devastated!) But I have always looked after myself aswell and can quite categorically state that the two most important anti aging aids are weight training and sunblock. But I shall keep up my mantra "I am immortal and I ordain my body and mind to demonstrate this.....and my fingers crossed!

bunnies how long have you been respiralling? 20 years? and do you use a target age or just program your cells to regenerate youthfully? IP: Logged |

my mother also programmed herself to die...at 70 she gave up smoking via an "adversion technique" that basically scared you out of your habit, and disgusted you with what you had been doing to yourself...and 2 months later this woman who had had no signs of this slow-growing condition was diagnosed with emphysema...go figure. she fought it for years longer than the doctors gave her hope for but in the end the pain of breathing and the fractured ribs from the steroids became unbearable and she cashed in her chips. this is partly, i believe because she conditioned herself to see her lungs as sick, and partly because after 70 she felt she was living on borrowed time anyway... Yes I've been respiraling (on and off and sorry but I can't do without wine!)for 20 yrs. I am aiming for 28 and according to the Turkish officials am not far off! My Dad always said (based on what evidence I don't know) that when you stop smoking after a long time the accelerated healing process in your lungs causes problems. So that could explain your mothers emphysema. If his theory held any weight.IP: Logged |

No and not through vanity just stupidity. I am a bit sluggish with techno. I shall get round to doing it and we can all have a "Guess bunnies age" competition. The one who gets nearest shall win a small prize......a death threat and an eternal fatwa!!IP: Logged |

Hi Everyone! I felt moved to post after, oh I don't know, 7 years, because of "good girl" 's persistance and insatiable enthusiasm for this topic. I too have noticed this forum has slowed to a crawl. It's one of my favorites. I'm a longterm lurker -is that creepy? Ha ha I don't care. Thanks for the refreshing inspiration, and FYI I have been spiraling since I was 16, and I am told I still look like a teen. I feel amazing and have found my priorities, though now altered, are still firmly rooted in fun and curiosity, which I think is the hallmark of youth. Not to mention Love. I hope more people contribute! *edited to clarify - I really was registered a long time ago... I wonder why it says 2005? Oh well!IP: Logged |

I always tell myself that even if your a shriveled up 100, and you then master cellular regeneration, you can still reverse to a youthful appearance. [you could, couldn't you?]

Yes I believe you can because, here is something that has always puzzled me. You can always guess someones age within 5 years...right? But it has nothing to do with skin texture does it. Someone can use botox cleverly (not that frozen face)and fillers or what ever so that there face may be as unlined as possible but you still KNOW that they are not 25. Yesterday I saw a woman with the worst skin ever. I mean deep deep wrinkles (maybe a heavy smoker or past drug user) but although she had the skin of a 70 yr old (seriously it was bad)I knew she was probably only about 45. And I have seen women with almost peach like faces but you still know that they are nearing 60. SO! What is it that gives it away? It has to be something deeper than a surface appearance. When you see Nicole Kidman (porcelain perfection)you still know she is not 25 any more. So to go back to the original topic. Yes I think you can reverse aging because it has to come from somewhere internal. Almost a projection and not an actuality.Where is HSC when you need him! He could explain this....shall we invite him in for a cup of tea!!! IP: Logged |

Very kind of you to think of me, bunnies.Wow, this is interesting. I'm sorry to disappoint anyone, but I'm completely ignorant of this topic. I suppose I could speculate on some possibilities, but you are all doing such a great job of it without me. Bon Chance! hsc

bunnies! I totally agree! (I highlighted bits) quote: But I have always looked after myself aswell and can quite categorically state that the two most important anti aging aids are weight training and sunblock.
The other is attitude. I don't lie about my chronological age. It does not matter to me if people want to know. I don't get guessed for as young as you do...20 years younger, but do get at times 16 years younger...which is nice, being my husband is 15 years younger than myself. I feel when I lose more weight (-120 approximately so far)I may well appear physically younger. It's important to be happy to be alive no matter what age! Even being disabled I still enjoy my life! Worrying about getting old is not good for anyone physically or psychologically either. Just be the best you that you can be and smile smile smile! ------------------ Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.

I think one of the most important factors, if not the most important, is belief. You have to believe you can. I read book after book expaining how now they have found our thoughts actually influence our bodies. Our bodies respond to our sincerly held beliefs. You can say you belief in agelessness all day long. But if you don't believe you won't experience it. And part of that is not letting the nay sayers poison your beliefs. IP: Logged |
