What is your biggest challenge to overcome in reaching celluar regeneration/ mind power/ time control?

Is it laziness, lack of faith, nay-sayers?

For me it is laziness. Rather than getting on a scheduel of practicing meditation/visualization or anything, I always find something more pressing that takes my time-darn it.

I think sometimes when you are feeling wonderful you can see it working and other times when you get out of bed looking like a train wreck your mind goes
"Oh who are you kidding love. You look 102!!
And it's overriding the negative thought patterns.

Oh I know what you mean!!I'm glad it isn't just me.

So how do we get around it? How do you see something and not accept it as how things are?

It reminds me of the Biblical saying 'we live by faith and not by sight.'

Well I think that just about says it all. What a quotation.
It's just a perception anyway.
Smoke and mirrors.
I have two particular mirrors in my house.
One shows up every flaw and the way the light hits it...oh dear God!
The other one?
If I look in there, I am flawless....yep....absolutely gorgeous.
So whichever one I look in is the perception of how I view myself.
Many years ago I went to the movies and on visiting the Ladies, they had that lighting that goes all around the mirrors and I barely recognised myself.
Standing in front of me was a radiant goddess with a halo of light!
After awhile my husband came looking for me cos he thought I had passed out in there.
I did not want to leave the "Hall of Wonders"!
I'm going now to put "ugly mirror" in the dumpster. From now on bunnies is a goddess!!!
