Hi!So, how long do you all spend reversing your cells each day??? 5 minutes, 30 minutes ---- I would love to know your method of cellular regeneration - in every aspect... anything would be appreciated. Thanks, hope you're having a nice day, too. P.S. I think it was Good Girl who invented "spiraling" - I like it. IP: Logged |

I'm currently practising age *prevention*, so I just imagine all of my cells completely frozen. I do that any time in the day that I remember to, and remind myself that I'm never going to die. I find that thinking about what my future will be like tends to make me think about growing "old", because it's hard to imagine myself as 50 and still looking this young, so I just focus on the present moment, which is what we're supposed to do anyway. Hehe. And I'm just taking it one step at a time. By the time I really do reach that illusionary age, my doubts will be long gone, of course!IP: Logged |
