Negative, I know. Forgive me, but ....if you don't die, you have to live at such a low profile, that you might as well be dead?IP: Logged |

Why do you need to have a low profile? Be as famous as you want to be.------------------ "I have found a desire within myself that no experience in this world can satisfy; the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world." -C.S. Lewis IP: Logged |

Mak,You're being a bit negative. Think positive, and get positive results. IP: Logged |

Jona, I don't want to re-open the argument, but you have not shown yourself to be avid to be recognised by your picture and neither am I. Fame is a dangerous condition, if it were not, famous people would not have to hire bodyguards. Anybody wishing to live a long time should probably not endanger their life by becoming famous.IP: Logged |

well churchill only lived to 95 and i don't know if anyone attempted to off him, but i don't think he kept a low profile at ANY time until he was incapacitated. the comte st germain apparently never felt the need to keep a low profile either. he just disappeared when things got uncomfortably hot.IP: Logged |

We are living in different times now. People murder people they don't know just to be famous and they shoot famous people just because they are famous.BTW Compte St Germaine was a shady character. He worked as a spy.IP: Logged |

Mak,The count also taught several women in their eighties and nineties, to re-youth themselves. This was during the reign of louis the xvi, and there were young men of 19 and 20 fighting duels for their romantic favours. So he done some good as well. IP: Logged |

That would be Ninon de Lenclos who was in her 70's when men in their twenties were fighting duels over her. Apparently the story was she had sold her soul to the Devil or had discovered the alchemists potion for eternal youth. No idea what happened to her though...IP: Logged |

The count was last seen in the seventies, going under the name of Richard Chanfrey. I think I read somewhere he was last seen in Paris in 1991, working as a best selling musician.IP: Logged |
