this has been progressing for years now. CODEX, the EU's version of the FDA, in cahoots with the biggest food and pharma corporations, pretends they are protecting the poor sheeple. monsanto is big in this (they are in fact a swiss company originally). they are angling for the same here.check out natural solutions website. i feel they sometimes get carried away into pure paranoia but they also have a lot of good info and a lobbying group of their own up and running. keep in mind that many many brits grow their own food etc. and though the tv license has been in place for decades, LOTS of people don't bother paying it. i don't see them giving up their gardens and alotments without a whimper. and the royal family use homeopathy, this is a well-known fact... These corporates companies in pharmacy have invested lot of money and they will do anything to get their profit and secure it as long as they can...Well their have been well done scientific research and people have been immensely gained because of ancient Indian and Chinese medicine in Asia and home grown remedies in Europe and America. Ayurveda and its gain for good health with no side effects is been appreciated a lot in east. Lets hope they fail in this approach which is against nature, people should revolt against this in Europe. IP: Logged |
