That is a great read and something I have always adhered to.
I remember when I was little my father always said he would die at 58 because that's the age his parents died so he said he was genetically programmed to do the same.
And lo and behold he did.

And I always knew he had programmed his body to switch off then and made a solemn vow never to do the same.
This is before I had ever read anything about immortality.
I agree with everything this article said and thanks for posting it
