There are three types of age: 1. Chronological Solar Age 2. Mental Age 3. Cellular Age. There's nothing you can do about the number of sunsets and sunrises you experience, but one's Solar Age only has the relevance that you give to it. Mental Age can vary widely, although one can reasonably infer that with illusory "time," one's wisdom increases...epitomized in the oft-quoted adage that, "Youth is wasted on the young." Cellular Age is the biological age of one's cells, and therein lies the key to immortality, as this can be manipulated forward and backward (in conjunction with the mental rejection of Solar Age and its counterpart, illusory time).

People are obsessed with the least meaningful one of all--solar age.

Interesting thread.

So, are there any ways to accurately calculate one's mental, and cellular age?

Nice ankh. My 11 year-old, one and only tattoo is an ankh on my left shoulder

Why did you choose that tattoo?
