an interview with David Murdock who plans on living to 125 - when the article was written he was 87... some really very interesting points regarding his diet... i did end up skimming through a fair portion of it - it's rather longish and of course has the usual nay-saying of the medical community... of particular interest, though, is the mention of a woman in France who lived to be 122 (she passed in 1997) and her "husband" who lived to 115... doesn't get much more than a passing mention but...
