I think we have covered everything that makes this site completely about Linda (Teen Spirit and For The Pilgrim's Progress were excellent additions), but I am a little cautious about having 14 Forums (the number 14 carries a few warnings that concern me), so I was wondering if we might add one more Forum. Any ideas? Or is 14 a good enough number?

Randall what about a 'Getting to Know you' forum where we can talk specifically about the aspects of our natal charts or transit aspects in order to understand our past lives or currenet life... like we could take each aspect and write about experiences that could sum up the general feeling of it so that people can begin to feel astrology as it's energy?
I really think it would be a great help if we could plumb into the depth of charts by re-living it's experience.

Or we could do a research forum, where we could have statistics of what sign does this job or who marries who?

Just ideas to get us started I'm sure there are loads more.

How 'bout a "Past and Future Lives" forum?

There seem to be a lot of ideas re: the subject of reincarnation, etc. floating around out there, so perhaps we could snatch this topic from Uni-Versal Codes.
I fer one'd love the chance to hear different perspectives on the subject & to have a place to discuss research (by the likes of Dr. Ian Stevenson and the parapsychology dept. @ UVA, et al) that has been published.

Hi Randall I was thinking your right 14 really isn't the greatest number. Fifteen would be much better!
-I was thinking you could make a Forum for Tarot cards or even find a Psychic healer/Teacher. We would have to find someone perfect for that position since it would have to be for free and she/he would need some considerable psychic skill. But again it would be very hard to find someone!

-Oh yeah since we LOVE talking about reincarnation...the psychic would have to have some background with that as well.

-I'm not sure but it's just a suggestion!

truthfully . . . i have trouble keeping track of so many forums that i forget easily where i had once read a post when i later want to reply.

i like the number 6 best, personally.

aphrodite

p.s. 15 may not be especially good for people who are 4s and 8s.

hi there, I do like the suggestion of a physic/healer. I have found that being in daily contact with my guides has made my life much simpler and much more fun.

I think Quinnie and Starlover's ideas are great! There is so muck I would love to know about everyone here. To have little bios of people would be a lot of fun, and to post charts for everyone to look at and talk about would make it easy to get to know our fellow knowflakes. Having a healer around would be fantastic as well. Hey Randall... could you make a little icon that has two pennies? "Thats my two cents".

I think a Forum that approached spirituality would be perfect.

Questions about religions, past lives, reincarnation, intuition, spiritual guides...
At the moment all these topics are in Universal Codes... poor Ra !

Hi Randall,
What do you think we should do? I really think the number fifteen would make things complete. I also don't think the 15 will be a problem for those born on the 4 or 8 becuase the LindaLand harmonizes so well anyway!

-I suggest we combine all these ideas,"Getting to know you" "creativity" and "Tarot/Psychic healer" into one forum. We already do that anyway and there all great ideas! It might take time to find someone perfect for the job but I have a feeling this person will manifest!

Oh well I don't know it's up to moderators!

What about a book forum? There are thousands of books in the bookstores and the library and many of them are pure, unadulterated, useless junk. Come on, admit it - you have that stupid, worthless book collection in the back of your closet, too We've all been suckered in by a good book jacket. And, we've also all read that terrific book. The one that made you go "Aha!" But, you know what happens -- you start a thread about it and it ends up on page 2 within a few days and no one ever sees it again. Or someone mentions a great book in a thread and later when you try to look it up you can't remember where you read it. It would be nice to have everyone's recommendations and non-recommendations all together.

Of course, I have this book monkey on my back the other suggestions may be more appropriate

I agree with Jaqueline!
Universal Codes is a fantastic forum!! But, with all the dream interpetations RA is so overwhelmed with, many spiritual aspects ( excellent thoughts/questions too) tend to lose momentum and get lost in the scuffle. Go have a look and and see some of the interesting thoughts there.
Leaning towards the spiritual forum, juniperb

Another forum ?!?
But you're right,14 isn't so great...and I'm a 15,so yes!,add another forum! On the other hand, I agree with Aphrodite that we have too many already. Maybe we should combine forums to reach a better number rather than adding?
The problem with adding is,everything's already covered. What are we missing?I like the idea of an introduction forum, where people can talk about themselves, but there doesn't seem to be a great need.Free-for-All is here already. If we could get a resident psychic to give readings, that would be great...there must be one or two around here...but we have Universal Codes already.
The poetry and creativity forum is the best idea,in my opinion. But please, let's not add too many more after this!

a little regulation is in order. putting things in their proper place (sorry. can't resist. the critical eye of my virgo house is very strong.)
so that visitors and new members know exactly where to go and where to look for interests.

some observations:

1) Astrology, Ask the astrologer, and Soul Unions do overlap in their functions. (case in point: when i first visited the site, i didn't know where to post my astrological question)
2) Ra's site is a conglomeration. Dream interpretation alone is one enormous task and deserves segregation.
3) Then again, Universal Codes and Pilgrim's Progress tend to share same-themed topics, e.g., occult and spirituality, every now and then.

what do you think?

Taj, Ra didn't want a Dream Forum (he's very humble and also has time constraints). Ask The Astrologer is for asking general astrology questions. Soul Unions is for relationship questions. Astrology is just for astrological discussion among Members (although Donna sometimes answers questions under the Magi system).

Why is the number 15 reduced to the love number of 6 and yet in the tarot 15 is the card of the devil?

Hi Quinnie

Maybe this is not the appropriate place to talk about that, but for me there's a relation between them.

So, in a very fast analysis, psychologycly, The Devil represents a facet of our SHADOW ( a part of us that is not recognized by us and we projected in what more inconveniences us). As SHADOW that card speaks about the profundity of our Soul and about the danger that we ran when we don't know how to work with our internal blockades and our instincts. The Devilis also an Arcana of Power and a card that speaks of magic elements and also of the appearances, with which we can make a mistake.
The chain that arrests the illustrations (masculine and feminine)it is the symbol of our dependences, partly, in another level of our addictions, even of our passions and powerful desires.

While The Lovers also speech about indecision, of not know which way we must take. Wich road we may follow.
The image of the card is related to the legend of Hercules, according to this legend, God put among him two women, the Virtue and the Vicious(Addict) ,so he must chose one of them.
This card speaks about the choices, if they are right, great, if they are not, great also, because we will have learned how we should not follow The Devil's road.

It's that what you want to know ?

Hiya Jackie, I was actually thinking about why Randall wanted the number 15 forums if it is associated with the devil card in tarot, it got me thinking more about what the number 15 and it's essence of the feminine principle really means if they are connected.
But u just gave me some further food for thought and u're rigth this is probably not the appropriate forum to be posting this matter.
Thanks Jackie
