Well, after about 6 weeks of getting uniformly crap marks because my "mojo" seems to have disappeared (not good for a creative/animator!) im starting to think about taking a holiday.

Now because i cant afford to go anywhere im just thinking of lighting up my (one) candle and trying to relax/meditate in some attempt to sort whatever blockage is in there.

Has anyone got any ideas on how to go about it?

Usually i'd just knock back a few drinks, smoke a few cigarettes and sit in my chair with my eyes closed, alchohol buzzing around my body and listen to some trance music or something, but as of late the feelings of euphoria i'd usually get from that have become somewhat more insipid that i'd usually expact, so maybe its time to try something else.

I'd be interested to hear if any of you guys have some useful techniques for de-stressing when you're this wound up!

Thanks

Here is a whole site dedicated to just that...

http://www.how-to-meditate.org/

don't attempt to meditate when you are drinking or otherwise buzzed. You want to raise your vibration, and booze & butts lower it. Being outside in a quiet place is great, out in the woods or by a lake, I prefer. I do a lot of deep breathing when I meditate, about six per minute. I suggest six minutes per day

Bright Blessings,
Carlo

Hi N_w Evil

I know it can be tough! I would agree with Carlo and try it without anything mind altering..sometimes you can get a natural high from meditating, I mean it, and I am a fine discriminator of highs!
SOmetimes my mind feels like there is so much ooomph! stuff or feeling in there and I can't describe it or put it to words and it's no good. I find exercise clears my mind alot..
Well I meant to helped but realized I have alot to learn to..
You know we think we know everything LOL
